I loved the steamed rice option. Don't get me wrong, I adore potatoes; but the rice went great with the South of the Border Omelette. All the chili, cheese, guac, salsa, and sour cream tasted great smothering rice.
The owners were super attentive and really took care of us. I hope this place does well, it was a fantastic meal. The location is a bit difficult to find though.
Oh yeah, have the beignets. They are on hit.Listed in: Cheap Eats, Breakfast Club

There's no such traditional breakfast when you can put steam rice in lieu of potato or add kimchi on the top of your omelet. However such combination will certainly entertain the tongue of culinary adventurer. I was delighted that I can try their tofu kimchi omelet with steam rice topped with sweet hot sauce on the top. If you like spicy kick for your breakfast then it certainly jump start your day great, however it still a good thing to try even when you are not.
My son ordered the banana pancake that happen to be the fluffiest pancake ever, it's perfectly cooked and moist in the middle. My son love it, which make it an A+.
Will come back again to try their kimchi fried rice, and no.. it's not listed on their menu. -

This place is bomb dot com slash awesome.
CUSTOMER SERVICE was top notch. The gentleman serving us had a very inviting smile and tone. He was always aware of business and reading body language to see if guests were ready for more coffee, boxes, the check, etc. That is my idea of perfect.
THE FOOD was great. I went for BREAKFAST and personally ordered a 3 egg combo with bacon and steamed rice. There was A LOT of bacon! I was expecting a mere 2 strips (as you can tell, I'm used to a grand slam at Denny's) but there had to be at least 5 big ones on the plate. It was delish and I couldn't help but notice my friends Laura and Mikey's plates looking awesome, too. They got 2 different kinds of eggs benedict.
For DESSERT we got the beignets, which (as described) are doughnuts topped with powdered sugar and vanilla sauce. These were HELLA GOOD.
The ENVIRONMENT was quaint yet efficient. The amount of business was consistent but not overwhelming at all. There's probably a seating maximum of 24 inside. It was very clean and I appreciate that they have a good selection of sweeteners for coffee (sweet-n-lo, equal, AND splenda) as well as a bunch of small packages of jelly already on the table for your toast. The creamer for the coffee was already out on the table as well. Nice touch.
I think this spot should get it's beer & wine license. -

Brunch served til' 3:30 near my Man's house + delicious beignets= perfection!
What a great hidden treat. When I say hidden I really mean it. This place does not face the shopping center, instead it is on the backside of the shopping center facing BART. Even my Man who lives in Fremont was not familiar with this place. So thank you fellow yelpers for bringing this find to my attention.
Jimmy was our server and he was very sweet and attentive. I had the eggs benedict and my Man had an omelette. We both enjoyed our meals but what impressed us most were the beignets (they are on par with the one's at Brenda's in SF).
This place is small, casual, and perfect for a lazy weekend brunch. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they don't have one of my favorite brunch staples, mimosas.Listed in: Brunch! The meal happiness is…

Fremont, CA
A solid entry for Tri-City breakfast and brunch destinations. I'd probably give it 3.5 stars if I could.
Hard to find, tiny place that definitely required a sweater or jacket due to the incessant fan blowing overhead. But, I heard ABBA over the speakers, so that spoke to me!
We started with an order of beignets for $2.50. Such a bargain! 5 lovely, warm pieces of crispy goodness with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar and a glazey drizzle that was dispensed with a delicate hand. Yum!
We both ordered eggs benedict, which you need to know right off comes with 3 medium sized eggs and 2 slices of English muffin. We also had our choice of country potatoes or rice. We went potatoes, and they were warm, nicely cooked and savory!
Keli had the hash and I had the traditional. Both were delicious and our service was very prompt and friendly.
So, the $65 question: would I go again? It's a bit out of my way from home, but if I was in the hood, or needed a half-way meeting point with peeps from other points in the Bay Area, I'd definitely recommend. -

Hi Jimmy!
Your beignets are the bomb. I love that we can secretly order Kim Chee with our meals. Everything on the menu has been delicious thus far.. particularly Jimmy's Special Skillet and eggs benedict variations. Pretty cool little local joint. Excellent excellent service. Keep up the good work and never close down because I'm hungry!

I'm going to say that this place is a 3.5*. The restaurant has recently changed hands and the menu has gotten a LOT smaller than what it used to be. I don't know about you, but when that happens, I usually get a little frustrated because things start to disappear off the menu.
That said, Jimmy's is a choice place for a relaxing brunch if you don't want to stray too far away from home. It's a bit hard to find for people who don't know where it is, because you can't see it from the parking lot. Just park near the rite aid and the copy shop and walk directly past Jenjon's. You'll see Jimmy's to the left and you'll have to walk through the small patio to get inside the restaurant.
Cozy and intimate, there's something about Jimmy's that makes me feel like I'm at home, which is a good thing. The owners are very nice, but sometimes a little TOO attentive and inadvertantly interrupt your conversation with your dining partners.
The food is quite good and much less greasy than before. In fact, I think the portion size here is perfect. They are happy to do customizations and never give you the stank eye when you're on your 4th cup of coffee (I know, I never sleep!). The beignets are really good but not as godly as some people make them out to be. Fried bits of dough can't be bad, right? Though, I have to say that they are really light and fluffy.
My main beef with the new menu is that they took off the Tofu Kimchee Scramble with Rice. I mean, I know it sounds weird, but it was really good and a very unique item. As a matter of fact, the Favorite Yelper would order this exact item EVERY time. Now that it's not on the menu, I feel like a part of our brunch adventures are missing! :/
Oh well, win some, lose some. Overall, Jimmy's is very cozy and clean, offering great tasting brunch fare at a good price. :) I'll be baaaack! -
Review from Alice C.
A small little restaurant hidden in the back of a strip mall (right across the Union City BART station). In better weather, i believe there is patio seating, but in colder months you are only able to sit inside. The interior is a lot smaller than I expected, so it would probably be hard to fit larger groups here.
I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and a side of bacon, and found it to be incredibly filling. Aside from the super cheap beignets, not much else stands out about this place but the great service. They were sure to come back at several points during our meal to ask how everything was, which we all really appreciated. I don't think I would make the trek out here from where I live in Fremont (unless I had a big beignet craving), but it would be nice to stop by if I were in the area. -

I had an omlette and it was goOoooD! This a cool, small place to have breakfast/lunch. They give you a lot of food for your money.
I had the beignets there also...and, they shouldn't be called beignets. lol. I've had REAL beignets and these aren't real beignets. They're not nasty, but if you've had real ones, these don't compare. Still a good dessert though! -
Review from Jay G.
I had a Friday off from work and my mom wanted to have breakfast. I didn't want to go to any of the chained breakfast joints. So, with the help of Yelp I found this treasure.
Upon arriving here, it looked like the restaurant had just opened. There was just another party of four in the restaurant. There was just only one person working as the waiter/cashier in the restaurant. I got to give that man credit! He held down the fort like a true soldier. Customer service was nothing less than perfect.
For breakfast I ordered the corn beef and hash Benedict. My mom had the vegetarian Benedict. My dish tasted awesome. The combination of the English muffin, poached egg, corn beef and potatoes blended very well. My mom enjoyed her vegetarian Benedict. As the restaurant started to get busy, our waiter still made sure our drinks were refilled.
This place is a must try if you are in Union City. If you commute by Bart, this place is right across from the Union City Bart Station. One of my top breakfast joints in UC! -

Fremont, CA
Finally got to try this place after hearing so much about it from my friends.
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of this thing called Beignets. So basically they are just donuts but topped with powdered sugar and vanilla sauce. They were SOOOOOOO good (especially when they just came out of the oven).
My friend got a 4-cheese omelet and I got a garden omelet. I didn't taste anything special about their omelets; I feel like it's something you can get anywhere else.
If you ever get a chance to eat here, make sure you order the Beignets even if you don't like donuts. You won't be disappointed! -

YEY Jimmy's!!!!!
Came before 11 on a Sunday morning, walked from home, and ate outside. Such a cutesy little area!! I cannot tell you enough, how many nights I've driven around this Plaza looking for something good to eat..
"L&L's?! Naw.... Wing Stop?! No.... Mr. Kebab?! Had it twice this week...."
But Jimmy's?! You were hiding from me!!! Its right behind the UPS store at the corner where L&L's is located. Ahhhh!!! I was told by a friend to check this place out, but it didn't register in my mind that it was in this plaza!!! OH and the beignets!!!!! Mouth watering, fluffiness!!! We are definitely having breakfast here every weekend!!! I'll take this over Country Waffles, Denny's and IHOP forsure. Small business ALWAYS win my heart.
Smiles for Jimmy!!!! -

Place was ok..but then again, i am a hard critic..I had the corned beef hash eggs Benedict and my hubby got the chicken fried streak. The food was good, long wait though for our food.i'd go again.. But nothing left me to crave it for another day..

For now I give it 3 stars overall BUT the food was really good. We went on Labor Day which was a mistake, it was SOOO busy and they were extremely short so it took sometime for them to take our order but once we ordered the food came quick and we were happy with the outcome. We will definitely come again but probably on a weekday when there aren't so many people. Side note: they offer rice as a side for breakfast and being Filipina, this is a plus for our family!
Oh and try the beignets, they are really good! -

Ehhhhhh. So I'm a HUGE fan of brunch, right? So I ventured all the way out into Union City from Hayward to give this place a try. Jimmy's is a nice place. It's kind of nestled away from all the hustle and bustle, a little hard to find but at least it's quiet. The restaurant is nice and the service is great. That being said, Sunday brunch is...just okay.
I'm usually opposed to giving 3 stars. To me, it's really non committal. Like, why even write a review if you're just going to give a place 3 stars? It doesn't help anyone! But with Jimmy's, I can't justify giving 2 stars or 4 stars.
First, let me explain why Jimmy's doesn't deserve 4 stars. Brunch was just not too great. My girlfriend got an omelette and I got the chicken fried steak. Don't ask me why I love chicken fried steak, I just do ( but who doesn't, right?) The omelette was okay, but definitely could've been better. To me, it seemed like they put way too much cheese on the top and it really overpowered the rest of the ingredients. The chicken fried steak just wasn't good. The flavors were off. Not enough gravy and the meat had a very strange gamey flavor. Wasn't into it.
Now let me tell you why Jimmy's doesn't deserve 2 stars - the BEIGNETS!! Oh man, I was really feeling these little desserts. You can't go wrong with fried dough and some powdered sugar.
So basically, I would come back to Jimmy's if I was already in the area, otherwise I wouldn't bother. -
Review from AccioSoyMilk ..
Richland, MS
I come here now and then and it remains as popular as ever. I usually stick with the same thing and I have never noticed a drop or change in quality. Weekends remain as busy as ever, so definitely try to go early or even go during the weekdays if you can, which is my personal preference.
Whether they are faster is up for debate--it can be hard I think. They did actually change ownership about 5 months ago, as I asked today. I remember perhaps 6 months ago I stopped in and the family was talking about the upcoming marriage of one of the children. Perhaps Jimmy and Mae decided it was time to move on, sadness.
Still, overall it's a great place to go and it's a good little restaurant to support. Enjoy!Listed in: BART eateries, Breakfast in the Bay

This place is great. We walk here once or twice a month for breakfast. The chicken fried steak with gravy and a biscuit is awesome. The patio is nice also as we can bring the dog and eat outside. The servers even bring out a water bowl for him.
Service has always been decent to good, but always super nice. -

Biscuits were fantastic, but the gravy was bland. My husband's eggs over easy were cooked sunny side up and my scrambled eggs were over-cooked and bone dry. They are quite cheap, and some other things on their menu looked good, so I'll be giving them another try and up date my review then.

Love this place! I've gone there quite a few times (lost count actually) but one thing I've noticed is their service IS getting faster. I remember when dishes used to take 30-40 minutes to come out on weekends...and personally, I feel like it's sped up quite a bit.
I love the Hot Link Scramble with rice. It's satisfyingly filling, and I go home happy and full :) I've also tried all of their pancakes (buttermilk, blueberry, and banana) and I'd have to say, the classic buttermilk is my favorite, but I still love the other two.
And can't forget the beignets...light and fluffly like everyone says. Not greasy, and topped with mildly sweet vanilla sauce and powdered sugar. Yum!
Service has always been friendly and comfortable. Doesn't pressure you, but still regularly checks to make sure everything is okay. -

After reading the reviews the beignets were calling me. So I decided to come try this place. And YES they are GOOD. Made to order pipping hot and not too sweet. The early bird $5 breakfast....2 thumbs way up. And the customer service was great. Coffee cup always topped off! Yay for Jimmy's place.

Definitely coming back here. Food was good -- I had the eggs benedict ---, service was good, prices are very reasonable. And of course, beignets were delicious. Clearly a family owned and family-run restaurant, very small... probably less than a dozen tables in there with some additional seating outside. Kid friendly and plenty of parking.

Keyword is HIDDEN... HIDDEN GEM! I'd like to think I know my way around most parts of Union City and have been to this shopping center tons of times, but never in the back area right across from Bart- and I've passed by this station several times and never so much as glanced at Jimmy's Place.
I've heard such great things about this place that on a Saturday morning, I was bracing myself for a long wait. The outdoor seating area was pretty empty and when we stepped inside, as small as Jimmy's is- there was probably four tables taken out of about seven- yesss!
What do three starving girls order? SIX PLATES of food! An order of beignets, Pineapple Pancakes, Beef Teriyaki omelet, Salmon scramble with cream cheese and capers, Hot Links and Eggs AND Salmon Eggs Benedict. Oh, and a veggie omelet to-go for the bestie's hubby!
Beignets were warm and sweet. Pineapple pancakes weren't amazing, but still good! Beef Teriyaki was my absolute fave, juicy bits of beef teriyaki and topped off with cheese. You can choose between potatoes and rice with each dish, so we strategized to get it all. The Salmon Eggs Benedict with potatoes came in at a close 2nd!
James (possibly Jimmy) was really nice and funny along with the rest of the staff, and of course, after six dishes- invited us to come back again real soon!Listed in: Breakfast of Champions

This place is hidden gem, with an emphasis on the HIDDEN part. But it was definitely worth wrongs turns into 3 plazas before finding it! (For your reference, it's located off Union Square, across from the Bart station, and past the McDonalds plaza.)
Being from a family that thinks Easter is only a holiday so stores have an excuse to sell chocolate eggs and peeps, I came here for brunch with friends on Easter Sunday. It's a little, family-owned place with indoor seating and a patio area. The owners are very friendly and patient and the service is great.
Being the gluttons we are, we started off our meal with the beignets. Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside, and drizzled with vanilla topping. And only $2.50 for 6! mMMm I'm so glad we didn't wait till we were too full from the rest of the meal to try these.
The meal itself was great too. I got the kid's sized fish n chips since this was my second meal within the hour (what can I say, I'm a pig). It came with 3 decent-sized strips of battered fish--definitely enough food for a kid. The full sized breakfast dishes were more than enough too. My friend's smoked salmon scramble was delicious, and the Jimmy's skillet with bell peppers, hot links, mushrooms, and eggs was well liked too. And they both come with potatoes and toast/muffin.
I would come back if just for the beignets! -
Review from Cecelia E.
San Francisco, CA
My husband and I typically eat here 3 or 4 times per month, especially when the weather is nice and we are able to sit out on the patio, listening to jazz or some other type of music. The service is always friendly and we love to order breakfast and, when I feel like being bad, beignets here.
I sometimes wish they were open at night as a change of pace from all of the typical restaurants in the area. We did see today that they are now open until 4:30 p.m. on the weekend. -

I love Jimmy's Place! Though it is not the best breakfast I have ever had, I felt that it deserves the five star rating based on the value, service, on for what it is. Another plus, rice is given as an option! Never outside of a "typical" asian restaurant was I ever given rice as an option for breakfast. Never!
Now the beignets....they are so good that they deserve their own paragraph when mentioning. They are light and airy. Ever had an oily beignet? Well not at Jimmy's Place! They also put a vanilla sauce on it, that admittedly scared me at first. I hate it when anything, and i mean anything, is too sweet. The beignets are covered in powdered sugar and a vanilla sauce which screams diabetes in hiding, until i bit into it. The vanilla sauce was subtle and balanced the sweetness. I am now beginning to drool as I describe these beignets and think that I have to stop talking about it.Listed in: Belly Expanding TIme

Beignets:
If I could, I'd give their beignets a 5 star just because they were to DIE for. Super light and it wasn't too sweet either.
Smoked Salmon Benedict:
I ordered the smoked salmon benedict, and was pretty disappointed with the way it was cooked. The salmon was really chunky and didn't really taste like "smoked salmon." The way the eggs were prepared in addition to the sauce made the biscuits extra mushy and soggy by the time you get to your second egg. The hollandaise sauce was meh. Gave it 3 stars since they give you a HUGE portion--there were 3 eggs!
Too bad it's not really something I can take home since it ended up just looking like a poach egg swimming on top of soggy biscuits.
Overally an OKAY experience, gotta say the beignets is gonna make it worth coming back (take out, perhaps?).
The service was great and the place is a bit tricky to find though--even with google maps on your smart phone. It's not a "cutesy" brunch place but if you're down to get decent food it's a good place to consider. -
Review from Atif K.
Fremont, CA
I give it 3 stars, only because the food was pretty good.
Here, let's go for the long version.
First off, this location was actually a little difficult to find. It was not on the actual main road on Decoto, as me and my cousin drove all throughout to find the place. Finally, we took a weird detour near the Union City BART station, and luckily found the place. Lucky us, right?
Getting in, we noticed the crowd inside, and we took our liberties to snag a seat outside instead of waiting. The decor was pretty austere, so outdoors was definitely the BEST option.
After getting the menu, and looking at our breakfast options, we felt the omelette was the best thing to try first. After ordering, we had a near 40 minute wait. BAD, VERY BAD.
-----
3 Stars
1 for Food, 1 for easy seating, 1 for "being nice"
Vegetarian Omelette: 3.5/5
- This came with a side of home fries (which really looked like weirdly cooked potatoes) which tasted OK. I don't know why another side option was a cup of rice. but whatever the food was pretty good and filling.
- The coffee was OK, but not like Country Way in Fremont (a much better breakfast establishment).
------------
This is a decent place to get some breakfast, but nothing you can't find at other restaurants which serve all those morning delicacies. -

***NOTE*** - This review is for the 23rd of June not July 5th. For some reason I didn't fully post this back when I wrote it.
Off work today so I go to Yelp to find something better than Ihop and Denny's.
I end up at Jimmy's based on ratings and reviews. I would have NEVER looked back here for a breakfast joint! BTW - You gotta know I love the name!
I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in and a menu is in my hands quickly.
I order a simple 3 egg 4 slices of bacon meal and it shows up on my table quickly. Very pleasant service from James.
I ordered the eggs over medium and they arrive over medium. Nice! ! Nice firm whites with PERFECT runny yokes for dipping my nice golden browned sourdough toast. Yum. Potatoes are a nice crunchy browned country style. Yum! The real star on the plate was the bacon. It was cooked by a master bacon chef! Perfectly crispy across every square millimeter. YUM!!! This was the absolute best bacon I have ever been served in a restaurant - bar none! I asked James how they do it and he confirmed my suspicion that it is baked instead of fried.
My coffee cup NEVER got to less than half full.
All in all a very pleasant small joint with great food.
I will return! -

We love Jimmy's Place. It is such a nice "hole-in-the-wall" breakfast place that has such a great menu. First, you have to order the beignets - they are deep fried and topped with powdered sugar and icing. They are sort of like a donut but without the hole. Second, if you are on a budget they have an early bird special before 11 am that is so reasonably priced. Third, they have such an array of side offerings: home potatoes, hash browns, fruit or RICE! My two favorite dishes at this place? The smoked salmon scramble or the smoked salmon benedict.

I've been here about two times now and I've always found the food satisfying and the service fast , friendly and efficient.
Family run restaurant where the make most everything from scratch (including the kimche!). It's good food for the price you pay, but I'm not here to talk about that....
Lets talk about the beignets! If this could be my whole breakfast, I'd die happy!
Hot crispy warm with the yummy sweet vanilla sauce. Oh i'm craving it now as we speak. -

Better bring a book. Small place with potentially long waits.
Everything is made from scratch; well, almost everything.
Instead of potatoes, you can opt for rice.
Great variety for breakfast/lunch/brunch.
Nice tables outside but watch out for flies.
Eggs, eggs, eggs! 3 eggs per benedict. Hollandaise light & pleasant.
Take your valuables with you; adjacent parking can be sketchy.
Subliminal messages are fun. -

What a great place! I came on advice of a friend. I ate here today for lunch, had the fish-n-chips which was excellent - came with 4 big pieces of crispy batter-fried fish, fries, & tartar sauce for $6.95. I met the owner and he was very kind and gracious and he came to check on me at least 5 times during my lunch. Excellent food, excellent service. Now I'm anxious to try other menu items.
Just so you know, they only serve breakfast and lunch, and they do take credit cards. -

The service:
It was super nice! Helpful and happy with a smile all the time. Best service grade A+!
Food:
I had a Veggie omelet! It was sooooo good, the veggies was not over cooked and still green. The swiss cheese melt on top added Flavor, the side potatoes was amazing as well. The potatoes had been cooked perfectly and crisp, that's how I like it. I also had tried a bit of the Salmon Benedict, that was equally as good. The photo can speak for itself. But the taste was great and right amount of sauce! And right amount of Salmon and cooked very well. The end side dish was the famous Beignets, and all I can say is OMG! Sooooooooo good! You must try them out. I never heard of this dish before this place and happy it was my 1st! So make sure to get an order!
Overall:
I will recommend others to go and try it out. It's my new place for the best breakfast. Next time I'll try lunch ;p -

Hey guys, um...the beignets are exactly like the ones you find at your typical Chinese buffet...tasty nonetheless.
Super friendly owners as I was greeted *with a smile* upon entering. Pretty good breakfast values for you early risers as well, and a diverse lunch menu to boot. -
Review from Lydia W.
I was a bit hesitant about this place because who ever heard of like, good food in Union City? Judging by their menu I was a little afraid that it would be overly greasy and heavy. Also I had no idea what to expect for a restaurant in this plaza.
I was happily surprised that there were so many patrons on a weekday around 11. We were allowed to pick our own seats and the owners were really friendly to us.
The menu is quite vast, ranging from breakfast items such as omelets and scrambles to benedicts and breakfast burritos. They serve lunch after 11 and there is a huge selection of sandwiches, salads, and even korean bbq meats. For the light eater, there are smaller items you can order too.
I highly recommend the beignets, which are 5 for $2 and come with a delicious vanilla dipping sauce. They are like mini pillows of happiness! D and I demolished our plate before our real food came.
I opted for the corned beef hash benedict (sounded really interesting) and D got the smoked salmon benedict. They come with 3 eggs, on 2 english muffin slices. This threw me for a loop because I didn't know how to appropriately portion my eggs to bread in a satisfactory ratio. Ended up trying to finish the second english muffin but couldn't stomach the last egg so I packed 80% of a muffin + 1 egg. The corned beef hash is good, but I was a little annoyed that they wouldn't let me sub the side of fried potatoes for a side salad. The sandwiches all come with side salads as an option, so it's not like they didn't have any in the kitchen. Why must I be forced to eat potatoes? I ended up having to pack it all and although the leftovers were tasty, it was way too many greasy potatoes for one day. -

So my friend and I wanted to get some brunch and yelp showed promising results so we decided to check this place out. Like people mentioned, this place was a little hard to find. I basically just drove along the border of the plaza until I saw the sign which was big enough to spot. I like how there was an outdoor seating area especially since the weather today was so nice (and I rarely like eating outside). The service was also great! Jimmy (I believe) came by our table twice to ask how things were.
So why three stars?
Onto the food. I guess I'm really critical when it comes to brunch food because I've had amazing brunch food and now I always get the same dish at other places to compare and have had trouble finding another place that can beat it. I know, it's really unfair, but I'm just giving my honest opinion. The dish I got was the country breakfast. There was something about the dish that was off for me. It was like everything on the plate didn't seem to go together, there was something missing. I'm not quite sure what. I also wasn't a huge fan of the potatoes. They seem too thinly sliced and not crispy enough.
But in all honesty, the food didn't taste bad, but it also wasn't amazing either. Looking at their menu online, I just realized that I completely missed the lunch menu (must have been on the back). Even though the food didn't wow me I wouldn't mind going back again simply because the service was great. If I go back I would want to try the lunch menu and the beignets that everyone seem to be raving about. -

Excellent service. Very friendly. Portion size is a good value for price. Best gravy I have had at a restaurant that is closest to homemade. Wish they were open for dinner at least a few days of the week or Fri, Sat, Sun. Beignets are excellent. Get an order or two to go and share with friends, they'll be hooked. Best eaten warm but are good at room temp as well. Best kept secret in Union City!

I went here over the weekend to try out this brunch place after my practice and I would actually only give this place a 3.5 stars but the extra .5 star is for the service.
I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict and I had to try the Beignets that everyone was raving about. The poached egg was done very well and the english muffin was nicely toasted as well. However, the smoked salmon was too cooked for my liking. It tasted more baked then smoked but maybe that's because the pieces were a little thicker. The Beignets were good but not the greatest and it needs more sugar or that white cream sauce.
The place is very small with an outdoor sitting. Not that great for group and it's actually in the back building. A little hard to find but there's signs! -

Great experience. The owner had very good customer service bringing us cold water and checking on us to make sure everything was alright since we decided to sit outside and enjoy the nice warm summer afternoon. The food was good and I loved that the owner seems to take pride in the meals cooked that he serves.
