Quite a positive experience. Thank you Jimmy and Case for reliable, honest and quality service.
I still have not received a call back from Ben Franklin Plumbing who said they would contact me back to schedule a service technician appointment.
My hot water heater in the attic had a leak which turned into an overflow which began to drip through the ceiling. At first I thought it was the AC, so I turned the unit off. After a few hours the drip had not subsided and the ceiling was beginning to bubble. I went outside and heard water flow. On investigation of that, I found it was flowing from the down spout. We opened the attic and heard a hissing, steamy sound and figured the sound to be coming from the water heater and turned it off at the thermostat.
I contacted the plumber I mentioned above and was given the number to a service contractor who was closer to my location. Contacted the number and left a message and phone number for emergency service. I never heard back from them.
I contacted another plumber, left a message and phone number requesting emergency service and never heard back from them.
After another 30 minutes and not wanting to go to bed before I spoke with an expert, I searched the internet for another plumber. Jimmy Cash's Plumbing came to my attention "on-call and emergency service. I called the number and Casey answered. He walked me through what to do to completely shut the tank down and assured me there was no danger and he would come check it out. As promised, he and the owner arrived to check out the problem. They replaced the water heater, made several suggestion for better usage, checked my other one to make sure it was functioning properly.
I was very pleased with the response time, service, and manners of service that we received from Jimmy Cash's Plumbing. -

We were in need of a reliable, skilled plumber who could fix a tub faucet at a reasonable rate. The faucet is about 30 year old so it took somebody who knows older, as well as current configurations. Jimmy gave me an estimate on the phone and did a great job. If you're looking for an ethical, professional, I highly recommend Jimmy. We will certainly use Jimmy's services in the future.
