Got to Memphis at rush-hour. Decided to get ribs to go at Interstate BBQ. Some confusion about which side to enter for 'to-go' orders. Wait line on the to-go side was moving fast. Got the stuff and left
30 minutes later got to the motel and ate the ribs. Wish I had got some extra sauce cuz they were dry and stringy. Dog finished them off! HA
This is a rip off and great BBQ establishment of the originals Neely's BBq that's been a part of Memphis for years. This food sucks and it should be thrown in the garbage as soon as it leaves the grill.
