Aside from the long wait--there were four cars in front of me with a 45-minute wait--I was extremely pleased with this location. The long wait may well be attributed to the quality of work found here. The staff seemed to take pride in their work and cared about the quality of service. They made every effort to explain the services they provided. I actually watched the outside of my windows being cleaned, and they paid special attention to my tires to make sure the air pressure level was accurate. The car was also well-vaccumed. I stopped at this location because I wanted to get out of Seattle before rush hour, but I'm so pleased with my experience that I may just drive out to Snoqualmie for the service. Highly recommended!
