I was so grateful for the kind, quick, and reliable service that the awesome employees at this Jiffy Lube provided! I showed up with my morning ruined after getting a flat tire and being turned away at another auto repair shop down the street that was booked up for the day. The guys at Jiffy Lube were able to take my car in right away and made a point to cheer me up in the process! Would definitely return.

BROKE MY CAR. I went to them for my last oil change, when I was due for a new one I decided to try WalMart's auto center and was told the oil filter was on too tight for them to remove. I tried going to another Jiffy Lube location and THEY said they couldn't remove the oil drain plug. So these idiots wrecked my car and now I can't get an oil change without dropping money at a mechanic's shop. Looks like it was serviced by Louis S and Richard V--you'd think between two people they'd manage not to render a car completely unserviceable.

I was on a long road trip with a friend. Our oil light came on, and we had driven over 3000 miles on this trip alone, so we stopped in this Jiffy Lube on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh. When they were changing the oil the guy came out and said our brake pads were worn and should be replaced. We were driving my friends sisters car, so we tried to get in touch with her to consult her. While we were waiting to hear from her the advisor came out again to give us the proposed costs. He told us Jiffy Lube does not replace the pads, we would have to purchase an entire system, including rotors. We argued with him, saying 'why can't you just replace the pads?' He repeated, ' jiffy Lube doesn't do that, we replace the whole system.' This was going to cost us $575
We went 2 doors down to Monro Muffler Brake. The guy there checked our brakes and said there was nothing wrong with them, and charged us nothing. Later we heard back from my friend's sister that she had just recently had her brakes redone. We drove the entire way home with no brake problems. Shame on this Jiffy Lube for trying to take advantage of 2 women traveling alone, far from home.

If I could give zero stars I would . I came in for an oil change (my first with this car) and they couldn't even do that... they couldn't get the oil filter off so they just punctures a whole in it, shut the hood, put a sticker on my window and said I was good to go. It cost more than at the dealership too. Five minutes later my car was smoking because there was oil spewed all over my engine and the whole hood. I got towed to the dealership the next morning and was told that they couldn't have change my oil , because the can shown below was still on my car, and no oil change store ever used the Subaru oil filter. I was told I'd get a refund for oil change and my detailing of hood by the regional manager however it's been a few hours and I still haven't heard from the customer service rep that was supposed to call me. I would not recommend anyone go here for anything.

Wish their was a way to give 0 stars. Place is the complete joke. The kid doing inspections is a total ass clown and acts like he's 12. Doesn't want to do any work. Always claims they are too busy and just a empty lot and no cars in the bay. Whoever owns these franchises, needs to just refresh all employees. Oh and had a oil change done(crazy amount) and the employee didn't even tighten the oil pan bolt. YOU HAD ONE JOB!

Would love to give negative stars if possible. My car is older and when it develops a knock it is essential to get an oil change asap. This is important to prevent damage to the engine. All of this is on advice of a very reputable mechanic. I was refused service at Jiffy lube, even after I explained the chronic condition. He did not care if I broke down or damaged my car engine by continuing to drive. In reaching out to Jiffy Lube customer service, all they were concerned with was potential liability if I decided to blame them .Sad that they do not care at all about the customer or their vehicle. Their competitor was able to understand my problem, perform the oil change, and now my car is running great again. For anyone who is trying to keep an older vehicle safe, please evaluate who you entrust with your maintence

I was absolutely disappointed with my service here and I will probably never return. The oil prices are way out of sight. They advertised that they would vacuum the floors and they weren't vacuumed. They broke my tps sensors on my tires when they adjusted the air. They also "Reved" up my car right after filling it with oil before the oil could settle, causing engine wear. I certainly would avoid getting an oil change there.

I cannot say nice enough things about this place.
I've consistently been treated well at jiffy lube franchises in this state and others, but this location is phenomenal.
I've always been greeted in a super speedy manner and with a smile. That sounds dorky, but when you dread routine errands like getting your oil changed, it's nice to not have to hate this errand quite so much.
I've come here a few times to have my oil changed, even my tires rotated and they can put on wiper blades at comparable prices to chain auto parts store! Saves me a trip!
The staff is always so, so nice and polite. And willing to help. They've sat and watched me price check other things against competitors before I made a decision. All while being so cool to work with.
I'm 34, I've gotten my oil changed since I was 16 in like a million places. Heck my partner can change my oil if I want him to. Nothing compares to how easy, price-amiable, and smooth this location runs.
It's came in the other day to just have a simple oil change, needed up with a really cheap tire rotation, they didn't haggle me on upselling a million things I didn't need, and the staff both in the garage and at the desk were so nice. I hate that I have to point that out but at this time of year it's welcome.

I'm sure there are cheaper places but I didn't want to shop around all day and make an appointment . The guy at the desk was very knowledgeable and washed my windows and did a quick vacuum of the interior. No complaints here!

I've been using this location now for the past few years for both my personal and company vehicles and they have been consistent, no complaints... They do simple car stuff and they are honest.... most important.... I will take honesty over slow or other issues...
