I have taken 2 different cars here for over 5 years and I have always gotten outstanding service.  Yes, they do show me the air filter when it is filthy and suggest a new one and they often suggest other services that the shop offers- HELLO they are a business.  When I feel I need the air filter or windshield wiper and can afford it or whatever they might have suggested,  then I get it.  If not, I say not right now and they smile and change the oil.  I have never had any kind of hard sell nor have they suggested anything that I didn't need.  I like them a lot and almost always take my cars to this specific Jiffy Lube.

I had a completely opposite experience at J.L. than Kayla. Almost doesn't seem like I was at the same place! My husband and I both brought our cars in and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I also left feeling like for the first time I wasn't asked to buy more than I wanted. PLUS I brought in my own new air filter and they installed it for me free of charge. We had coupons too. One of the staff was filling the coffee pot at the water fountain and she noticed I wanted to get some water and she quickly moved over and so "Oh! You first!!"

I will definitely go back to this location.

I just had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube.  I brought my car in for an oil change during my lunch break, hoping that I would't be late back to work.  Not only were they extremely timely , but also super DUPER friendly.  They said it would be 40 min, so I left to grab a bagel, and a half hour later when I walked back in the waiting room, my keys were in the hand of the customer service girl at the desk awaiting my return!  They didn't try to push any other services on me, and were so friendly - even the random employee walking around outside said goodbye and have a nice day!  I will absolutely bring my car here again for an oil change.

It has now been about a year since last time I was there...
I used to take my old Honda, where the only thing that is now working is the engine, everything else is slowly falling apart.. it started with the front windshield, then the speedometer, and then..... anyhow... these guys used to rip me off, whenever I went in for my regular oil change (which they overcharged, by telling me I needed a "special" oil for such an old car) they would also tell me I needed a bunch of other things, such as changing the filter... etc... so finally, I decided to give them one last chance...
I had recently been to the mechanics and so I told them to not change anything but the oil... they then started questioning who my mechanics were (who is awesome by the way).
So not only did they question me before taking a look at the car, they insisted that I change some other filter, even after I told them that I wouldn't.
Being a small short girl, they would look at me with their cheesy smiles and lying faces, thinking they could take advantage of my ignorance about cars... up yours.. cause I ain't going there no more
