I love this place. My faimly knows the owner, and one of the women who shampoo is the mother of one of my very good friends. They tell you what they're gonna do to your head, gives you options whether to do this, not that, blah blah blah. The hair cut always comes out looking nice and their Japanese hair straightening is awesome, I recommend that. Another good thing: Its like right next to my house.
BTW they've moved across the street, same sopt kinda, just across the street.
Though the only thing stopping it from getting a 5 star rating was that they screwed up my highlights, its kinda brassy, but then they helped me dye it back.
