Mirna has always been super helpful with my insurance plan. 5 star service and whenever I have a question or concern, I know I can count on her to help me out. I highly recommend her.

Moved to Statefarm from AAA and instantly regretted it. Ended up paying almost twice as much after my first month because of errors made by her employees. It's been over five months now and the name on my account isn't even spelled correctly. I would avoid this office. They'll make you feel stupid for going with State Farm.

Mirna was able to quickly get me a quote and an ID card when I was shopping for a new car.

This is your neighborhood insurance agency that really makes you feel like home. The employees there are always smiling and look excited to help in whatever needs to be done! You can really tell when an owner takes care of her employees as it reflects and is also transferred over to the customer service.

I like that I know who I'm speaking with on the other end of the phone. Jeri and company alway present me with options on how to handle my needs. I've had auto insurance, homeowners insurance, flood insurance, car loans and my daughter just got her home mortgage from Jeri. They are good people. Sometimes I just stop by on the way home from work and get a piece of chocolate from their candy dish. Lol. I've had State Farm Insurance since 1980. They were there for me during Hurricane Alice, Allison, Ike and Harvey as well as four hit and run car accidents. In all cases they took care of me and never tried to place blame on me like I've heard some of my friends say about their brand x company.

Jeri is an exceptional agent! She and her team take the time to review coverages based on need and have the best customer service. The dedication Jeri has for her business and her community is amazing.

Jeri is NEVER available to talk or answer questions, and she never seems to be in the office. Her front desk works hard to deflect customers from actually reaching Jeri.

Her office is disorganized and constantly messes up my paperwork. Jeri never fails to increase my insurance rates twice a year.

She and her office were not there to help during Harvey... or any of the weeks following. I've been with State Farm for 15+ years, but I'm so disappointed that I am finally going to switch companies.

Thalia Cruz is a gem. I have worked in the insurance industry myself for the passed 15 years and I can tell you, she goes out of her way. She has made this process to simple & easy. And not to mention, after spending a day on the phone getting quotes, they really were the best price.
