I have had mostly good experiences with Jennifer Hemming and her staff. The only problem I had was with one Hygienist who might have been a sadist or maybe I reminded her of her x-husband... because she was way too aggressive with cleaning... never before or since have I experienced the amount a pain and bleeding from a hygienist. Dr. Hemming had a look at me right after her work and before I said anything and Dr. Hemming mentioned the bleeding might have been from the hygienist "technique." I was on the fence about finding a new Dentist after this, but instead, when I made my next appointment I made sure to tell them that I didn't want to see that Hygienist again... the note was added to my file and I've never had another issue like this.

I'm shocked that there hasn't been any review or ratings for Dr. Heming yet! I've been seeing her for almost 20 years. She as well as her team of hygienists and the receptionist are always so professional yet super welcoming. I'm not a fan of or the best at seeing and keeping up with my check-ups, but I ALWAYS make sure I see my dentist every 6 months.
It's always nice to come back and be remembered. I can trust Dr. Heming and her team to get me in and out quickly with beautiful teeth :)

My mother and everyone I work with told me to go here, and at first I had a pleasant enough experience (considering it's the dentist). So I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out to resolve a cavity that's been causing me a whole lot of "discomfort" (aka: sanity compromising pain), because that's the soonest they could see me on a Monday or Tuesday (days off). Well here I am, just hours away from relief I've suffered for weeks to obtain and I get a call telling me "your insurance is out of network" and they cannot tell me how much it's going to cost. 3 weeks this has been scheduled, 6 hours to go and they can't tell me what my out of pocket is going to be. I gather myself, request a maximum of 90 minutes to get back to them after I've determined my financial situation and what I can possibly afford versus the worst case scenario which the receptionist grants me. 20 minutes later I get a call from Jennifer telling me I need to commit now or she's giving my appointment to someone else. Unreal. I gave you people weeks to disappoint me and you can't give me 90 minutes?
