Jean Philippe is the best hairstylist in Dallas, if not one of the best in the country. A cut from him ran $140 the last time I was in there, but everyone is his salon is talented. A basic cut starts at $50, depending on the stylist.

The salon has a great ambiance - not pretentious like one might expect - and the staff will undoubtedly give you the best haircut of your life.
