JC Penney is one of the nicer department stores out there that are mid-level. This location, located in Chapel Hill Mall, is large and has an extensive selection. The store is two stories, which the rest of the mall is not. There are several "stores" within the store; there is a directory to get you on your way. The staff here is helpful and friendly. There is a wide variety of products available here, including an extensive selection of clothing, as well as furniture, bedding, and several other products. Overall, if you are looking for several items and want to stay in one store, stop in at JC Penney.
