Jay is awesome! He sent me listings on the same day that I initially contacted him. After looking carefully at his selections over a few days and choosing my top 5 favorites, he met me to show all 5 houses. With his help, suggestions and insight, I actually found a home and closed on it in 3 weeks. What I thought would be the most stressful and time consuming life event turned out to be the easiest. In 2003 I received my Florida Real Estate license, and began my real estate career in Volusia County, Florida. At that time, the saying "you snooze you lose" was the motto in the fast paced central Florida market. In which I excelled, and was a Multi-Million dollar producer each year. I was also a licensed Mortgage Broker, with main goal in doing so, was to keep my buyers from being taken advantage of, in a less than honest lending industry.
