What an absolute pleasure is has been to close my most recent real estate transaction with Jason Wheeler. He is a true pro who keeps both the client and the agent at top of mind troughout the process. His knowledge is first rate and what I also found impressive was his commitment to frequent communication during the transaction.
In our business, it's tough to find a mortgage professional who will actually pick up the phone, especially when there may not be the best news to deliver. With Jason, you always have a direct line of communication and top notch service no matter what the situation.
This guy closes deals! And Jason has access to the best loan products out there. If you have "rate shoppers" send them to Jason. He can match or beat what's out there and if he can't he will tell you!

Jason is really on top of the Mortgage business. He is really conected and knows all the ins and outs of how to get the best value for his clients. Jason really cares and it shows in the way he takes care of his clients. When you choose Jason it really feels like you have chosen a friend to be your advocate. Thats important.

I' met Jason through several real estate professional events and functions and I can truly say that Jason is a class act and true professional when it comes to Mortgage financing.
He has a wealth of knowledge because he networks with industry leaders and investors and will always be on top of his game. I do not hesitate to recommend his services when it comes to financing (or refinancing) your house. -

We recently purchased a house and obtained a mortgage through Jason. He was very helpful and really helped us find the best interest rate. He never hesitated to negotiate with the banks to get us the best deal. His communication was also top notch and we felt like we were very well informed about the progress of the loan. I met Jason through a real estate event in Pleasant Hill and we have been in contact ever since. He is honest and will tell you upfront whether he could help you or not. I have dealt with other brokers and it seems it is always about the commision. Not with Jason! I have referred several people to him because I feel that he puts the clients needs first.

Jason provides outstanding service and is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. He has access to a wealth of lenders and is willing to find creative solutions for almost any mortgage financing challenge. We were looking to purchase an investment property in addition to our primary residence and he brought several attractive options to the table even after the banks would not offer us a loan with attractive terms. I don't hesitate to refer my friends and family to Jason.

With all these low interest rates, I too wanted to see if I could refinance. Jason took a quick look at our position without a single form. Based on our conversation and his research we wouldn't really gain from a refi. There are countless brokers who would have tried hard to switch me into a number of products, but Jason advised us to sit tight.
To me, that's the sign of a true professional - advises in the clients best interest not their own. When the market changes, I'll be sure to talk with Jason first. -

Loan officers are like dentists - you make sure yours treats you as family and you trust him! Go to Jason Wheeler for your home loan!!! He is very knowledgeable, very caring, and very honest. At the height of the mortgage industry meltdown in the fall of 08, we used Jason to not only get us the best deal (he did!), but to help rush our paperwork through the channels. Jason and his team went way beyond 5-star service! He even drove to my house in San Jose in the middle of the night to ensure our docs were in on time. His knowledge and his service are great!
