I've gone a few times now off the recommendation of a friend and I'm so happy. Anna is the sweetest and she helped me transition from a natural brunette to a spicy blonde. I was worried because I know going from dark to light can be a bit of an unsightly painful process but every step of the way I walked out of the salon looking beautiful. Not to mention her prices are fair. She made going blonde financially attainable for me and I couldn't be more grateful. My hair is healthy and soft and I'm so happy with the results. She really listens and cares about how you feel and what you want. I love thé cut i love thé color and I love her. 10/10 go to Anna and have all your hair dreams come true.

Janna is amazing at coloring and styling my hair. Never in my life have I gotten so many compliments. She is incredibly accommodating and extremely affordable compared to many high priced LA hair salons.

I almost dont want to leave a review as GAWD!!! WHAT IF SHE BECOMES FAMOUS AND LEAVES???? First... We both share the fact that we were raised here. She has a very Angeleno way about her. Its the biggest compliment I can give anyone. You know or you dont know. The salon is so comfortable and unpretentious (very local vibe). How many people do you know that take what they do so seriously they will bend over backwards to make you thrilled. SHE KNOWS SHE IS GREAT!! But never throws it out. Its her gift she is wanting to give to you. SHE IS A GIVER! All I can say is if I get stuck in a jam or on some island I hope she is with me. She is your best neighbor, best friend and will tell it like it is. AND DO YOUR HAIR!

I have been going to Janna Hines salon since 2018! the ONLY person I will let touch my hair is Janna senior stylist Anna. when I say she is the QUEEN of blonde, I mean it! Anna has taken me from dark dark brown to ash blonde (no golden tones, duh) 3 times and each time I look better then the next. I literally do not feel comfortable going anywhere else or to anyone else for my hair. Anna always makes sure to talk through the process so I know exactly what's going on, she's AMAZING at putting in extensions (I always do tape ins) and she he fact that she magically color matches perfectlyyyy my natural hair to my extensions is just magic!!! anyways, she's the best and I am so thankful I found her back in 2018!!!

I used to go to Anna for years but after a while she just didn't want to give me the color I kept asking her to do which was the platinum grey color that's been trending a while now . So I finally left about a year and a half ago researching other salons and found a great stylist who gladly gave me the color and cut I've always desired without damaging my Hair . So I don't know why Ana wouldn't give me that color perhaps she just wasn't skilled enough yet but it's kind of funny because now she also has her hair color the same as what I'd been asking her to do on me! So lesson here is if your not getting what you ask for from a stylist research around and find the stylist that will gladly give you the hair you have always wanted. The salon in general is okay clean nice area but the staff tends to gossip about their clients making you feel like if they do that in-front of you they probably will do it behind your back as well ! Not the feeling you want when your paying top dollar for a service and going to a salon to pamper yourself!

Anna at Janna Hines is the only person that touches my hair!! She's very knowledgeable and talented with color and always listens and talks me through the consultation to give me exactly what I want while keeping my hair healthy. I've been seeing her for years now and will be a lifelong client. She's professional, kind, and makes the appointment fun. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

I love Sabena at Janna Hines Salon!!! She used to work at another place in the area but this is her new salon and I would follow her anywhere.

Sabena has been doing my hair for many years now and has always been absolutely the best, and I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. I only went purple a few years ago (Sabena had already been cutting my hair before that) but the color I have now is so worth the long process, and with a great salon environment and great company I don't mind hanging out all day with bleach in my hair :)

There's always coffee and snacks, plenty of phone chargers and magazines so you'll be comfy no matter what you're having done.

Highly recommend Sabena and this salon!! The personal attention and care she puts into her work shines through in everything she does. I love her so much!!

Janna is a color master. My natural blonde has become a bit gray and dull over the years. With Janna's wizardry my hair is a natural looking, youthful honey blonde. Love!
