We needed to stop in Alexandar City overnight during our small road trip and one requirement we had was that we needed a place that would accept our dogs. After reading reviews about this hotel, we decided to give it a go.

Before going on, I must point out that this is no five star hotel. If you're looking for fancy, then just move along to another place because this isn't what you're looking for. On the other hand, if you want a clean hotel who will take your pets, and give you a decent breakfast, then this is a place you'll be pleased with.

They have a small coffee pot (4-cup), a small refrigerator and microwave in some rooms, but you have to ask for a room with them. They also, nicely enough, offer a King size bed, which most hotels no longer have for some inexplicable reason. What was also a nice surprise, was that the tub had jets. I didn't expect that and was pleased to see it.

All in all for the price it's a good deal. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was decent enough. It's not a fully hot breakfast (no eggs, sausage, bacon etc.) but they did have sausage gravy available.

If we ever are in the area, we'll definitely stay there again.
