I love Jamba Juice, but just like Jennifer S. and Rachel R. both said, the service is pretty bad here. Everytime I've been here, the workers have all looked to be 16-19 year olds who just have a lot of attitude. They're all at the age where they look like they think they're the shit. hey hey, don't get me wrong, i totally understand. i went through that age.. but damn, i never acted like that at work.
but that's about it. i'll give them 2 stars though because despite the bad service, the smoothies were actually pretty damn good. (hey, some jamba juices always give you shitty smoothies - like watered down and what not)

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I found a smoothie place to rival them. Your old options were Jamba Juice and a coffee shop that didn't really specialize in smoothies. I now introduce (drum roll, please!)... SMOOTHIE KING! If you're going to go to this Jamba Juice location, you may as well go to Smoothie King. It's on Mathilda and El Camino. Go check out my review for it if you want a more detailed opinion.
Over the years, I have had a hard time finding a drink at Jamba Juice that wasn't sour. I won't order the really high calorie ones, so I can forget having a sweet and tasty drink. If I found a good one, they never made it the same twice.
On the plus side (for this Jamba locatiion), the service can be snotty, but I've been there when they are very accomodating as well. Mostly in the last few months...is someone reading their Yelp reviews? ;-)
I'm excited the one by our house is open on Sundays now. They're also having a buy one get one free 16 ounce special the next 2 Sundays to celebrate it. :-)
Highlights:
- This location is off the beaten path so it's not as crazy crowded like some of the others
- Like the new all fruit jambas--more pure tasting and I'm not into yogurt
- Many options and they are ok with you customizing
- Makes me feel like I'm being healthy by eating fruit
Lowlights (my flip side to highlights):
- I just noticed the all vitamin boost has wheat in it :-O
- Like the new smaller sizes
- Can get spendy if you have em too often, but hey I don't really drink coffee
- Still have a lot of sugar in em
A staple, so I'll definitely be back!

went on a Wednesday at 10am and of course, no patrons, two staff and they were helpful and fast. A small store in a strip mall. When did they start opening at 6am??? I wish they stayed open later then 8pm.

My coworker and I ended up at this Jamba as it was kinda on our way back to the office. I was shocked - it was the lunch hour and there was only one person in line. What??? No lines? I stepped up to order and the guy was SO nice. He asked if I wanted a free boost, but said they ran out of protein. Oh well. Energy boost it is. My drink was made quickly and well made too.
Parking lot was full, but someone pulled out right as I was pulling in. Lucky me. Will definitely make this location my default middle-of-the-day-Jamba spot.
Four Caribbean-Passion flavored stars!

This place is great! I don't go into Jamba Juice locations too often because they're always so crowded, noisy and chaotic, but this one in particular is always a nice experience for me. Sometimes, I call them to order ahead of time, and they are always happy to oblige. My order is ready and waiting for me when I arrive and they know me by name now. The staff is excellent and always nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend going to this Jamba Juice location. The drinks are as I request, they taste great and the people are wonderful! (Not to mention I got an incredibly sweet compliment from an incredibly gorgeous man there once..he was a customer, but still, it makes me want to go back there! haha)
Jamba Juice makes great smoothies. The staff is generally very pleasant here. However please note that they recently stopped taking credit cards and Jamba cards - they are CASH ONLY now.
UPDATE 6/18: I believe their credit card machine is fixed now.
I love Jamba Juice. And I mean, I looooooove Jamba Juice.
But I do not love THIS Jamba Juice.
First off, the service is horrible. They usually only have 2 people working at a time, which I suppose is understandable since they dont get any business, but these two people are usually snotty teens that dont know how to do anything but stand around. One time I went in and the girl that was supposed to be behind the counter was sitting at one of the tables making out with some guy. Like thats not bad enough, she didnt even move when we came in, and when she finally did get up she looked pretty annoyed. Oh hey sorry we interrupted your make out session to give you some business.
Another time I went in, waited a while for the drinks even though my friend, my sister and I were the only ones there. The reason for the the wait, was because the two workers were so busy talking that they didnt realize our drinks had stopped blending. Then the girl had the nerve to ask the other guy "what drinks are these again?"
Ahhhh.
Its easy for me to be able to go to this one since its close to my house, but im BIG on customer service. I get irked pretty fast when the service is bad, so Id much rather go to the one in Mercado and wait in a long line and get an excellent drink, rather then go to this Jamba and risk turning into the She-Hulk.
All in all. Dont go there, and lets hope they shut down. Oh what a glorious day that will be!

I've never had a problem with the service at this location but the place can get extremely busy around lunchtime. Several times, the line to order smoothies has extended out the door.
The new all-fruit smoothies are pretty good and a nice (low calorie!) carrot juice goes well on a hot summer day.

This location, tucked in a nice little shopping center just north of Central, had the worst service I've received at a Jamba Juice. The building is spacious, so at least i had somewhere comfortable to wait. The drinks took forever. There was no effort to serve people in order, so five people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. And to top it off, they got my drink wrong. The drink maker did apologize for the wait, but I think that's because i was hovering by the counter with my baby watching everyone getting served before me. It could have been an off day, but I'm not going back to find out.
In general: Jamba Juice offers a wide variety of sherbert and frozen yogurt smoothies. They will make your drink however you want, and have different vitamin blends to add. They offer several low carb drinks. You could make a smoothie at home for cheaper, but they have some unusual offerings, such as acai juice.

This was my mid afternoon fix when I worked in the area. My co-worker and I would go here, have our usual drinks and gripe about what was wrong about work. Great way to blow off steam and get your vitamins at the same time.

This is the closest location to my work (1.6 miles according to Google maps) so this is the Jamba Juice I frequent the most. If I come here for lunch, I get a 16 oz Peach Pleasure (no boost) and a Parmesan pretzel. Sometimes I switch it up and get an Apple Cinnamon pretzel instead - oooo, living on the wild side! This location so far has been the best at not only getting my name correct (no it's not Mara, Maria, Tiffany, Tabitha, Marta, Martha or Pamela) but they can also pronounce it too! I've learned to time my visits around the rush from all the companies in the area so the wait isn't too long. The only gripe I have is that they sometimes forget about my pretzel. Martha gets sad when that happens because then she has to get their attention to get it from the warmer or wait for them to make one. So now I've learned to basically stalk my Jamba Juice and before they can call out my name (or something close - or not so close to it), I'm at the counter to remind them in case they forget.

Tucked away in a business area with mainly business crowds. This Jamba Juice makes the smoothies right. 95% of the smoothies I've ordered has been filled to the rim. I got to know some of the employees as go here for my mid afternoon break.
