2 reviews for Jamba Juice
Like every other Jamba Juice I've been in, whether LA, St. Paul, Portland, Chicago, etc, everything's standardized. Therefore, I found nothing spectacular, amazing, horrible, disgusting, or ill-inducing about the storefront, people, or product. It's just there.
This is the closest shop to me and I've visited several times, motivated mainly by trips to Arrowhead. My threshold for service in a 'fast food' environment is about 3-5 minutes. (I classify JJ as 'fast food' due to the expediency in product prep--not the type of product). Unfortunately, I've waited more than 3-5 minutes at this JJ several times but it's the only one I got, so I'll continue to go there until something else comes along...
About two months ago, I swore off of caffeinated expensive espresso drinks. I was fearful that the caffeine was screwing with my head and I needed to back away to see what would happen.
Initially I thought this might save a bit of money. If I wasn't drinking my iced vanilla soy latte every couple of days, after all, what could I possibly spend that money on?
Somehow I've managed to replace my coffee habit with a smoothie habit. I now spend the exact amount of money monthly on smoothies-to-go as I did on espresso. I've also begun blending them at home again, which is far more cost effective but difficult to do when you're constantly on the run.
Three cheers for decent service from friendly kids, and convenient dairy free options!
