The facilities are clean and spa-lke with soft music playing, candles, etc. Elena at Jacques Dessange is wonderful! She is quick with the wax and practically painless. Very thourough! She even removed an ingrown hair! For about $55 a pop this isn't a place that I can go on the regular, but for those of you that have the extra change it is cheaper and better than some other spa-places in DC.
