One of the 'better' Jack In the Box restaurants in East County.
They have a good staff and the food is almost always great.
The homeless seem to love hanging-out in front. -

Our lives are completely determined by time these days.
So when I signed up to go take a tour of the maternity ward at the hospital on a Monday night at 7pm with my husband....He deserved a going home treat for being up so late.
His request was a shake at Jack In The Box.
Not my favorite choice of a place but he deserved a treat for staying out late on a school night.
We went through the drive-thru. The girl greeted us through the talking box. Then a fuzzy male voice sounds like its breaking in and speaking in a very effeminate voice in spanish. I could hear the girl taking the order giggle.
She made sure the order was correct and as we drove away I heard some more odd Spanish and giggling. It must have been joke night.
Ok what ever. My husband got the Oreo Shake regular sized. I got the Stawberry shake.
When I paid I could tell the woman taking the orders was looking at me like,"I hope she can take a joke."
Ok I can. If I had to work at JnB on the late shift Id be messing around all night too. Therefore because I can take a practical joke they get 3 stars.
He loved his shake. I only drank less than half of mine. It was way to fake Strawberry tasting. So he drank the rest of mine.
I vowed to never come back to JnB but when your husband wants a treat, you treat.
Plus I like jokes just as much as the next person. 3 stars for the comedy.Listed in: Married To Mr.Sweet Tooth

I gave it two stars because I had my purse stollen and the thief used my credit card today at this particular Jack in the Box. The workers have the video surveillance but will not release it. I am praying the cops get it...as the thief went to Chevron next door too....if you saw someone with a red fossil purse today (6/16/11 at around 5:-5:15pm...let me know...Play a part in making no more crime...

Love this JITB! It's a little sketchy, but they produce[d] the best bacon bacon cheeseburger!
