I got it at 11am the same day, earlier than I told them I wpuld come get it (12:30). They were very accommodating by letting me come early, and staying in my budget! They did such a beautiful job!! She loved them

I ordered birthday flowers for a family member whose mom recently passed away and this was her first birthday without her, so it was meant to be extra meaningful. The original floral shop I ordered from was unable to deliver to her area, so they forwarded the order to Arnold's Florist in Homer. I attached a picture of what was ordered vs what was received, a small plant with zero flowers. When I called the original floral shop to question it, they immediately contacted Arnold's Florist to try and make it right. Arnold's Florist told them if I wanted a refund, they would have to go to her house and take the vase back. I feel that is an appalling resolution to a mistake THEY made and should not involve the recipient in any way. I did not want them to go to her house and do that, so we decided to have them send the correct floral bouquet. She received it, but the driver was still instructed to ask for the plant and vase back! Not one time during the whole process did Arnold's Florist ever contact me regarding this ordeal. Very stressful for the recipient (and myself). To say I am dissatisfied is a huge understatement. Please be cautious when placing your order here.

Not only were they prompt, affordable, and extremely responsive, but they were able to match my vision perfectly and truly make the day even more magical. We visited other flower shops in the area for quotes, and Arnold's was almost half the price! And honestly, there is no doubt in my mind that no other flower shop could have done the flowers more perfectly. One of the best decisions we could have made. Highly recommend!
