Ii had my hair done at this salon today and my stylist was Bri. Bri does great work. My hair was dried out, dull and had lots of dead ends. Well, Bri worked her magic. My highlights look so good and natural. I had so many compliments and I highly recommend her. She loves what she does and it shows. She is very personable and professional. I will always come back to her!!! All COVID precautions were followed.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life.

The "stylist" I dealt with is Sandra and I promise she is the reason I won't go back and I'll make sure no one I know does either.

I am thirty years old and I do not appreciate being spoken to like a child, nor do I enjoy being spoken down to about my own preferences.

When confronted about her attitude she instantly started talking about how long she has been doing hair as if that has ANYTHING to do with, or makes up for how abrasive and unprofessional she is.

When I asked about a manager she just repeated herself and got louder.
When I continued to ask about a manager she didn't even let me finish the question, she just spoke over me and got even louder.

All in all I ended up finding out they don't even have a store manager to complain to, which just blows my mind.

Don't waste your time or money.

This place is a joke. Stopped in at 10:30 on a Tuesday morning for a haircut. There is only one stylist working, seriously? She was thumbing her way through a woman's hair which looked like it was going to take all morning. It's no wonder the Salon in Michigan city closed down, this one will be right behind it, what a joke.

This location has been under new ownership for almost a year with a whole new experienced staff! Located inside the Portage Walmart for added convenience. Biolage,Paul Mitchell,and Sexyhair retail lines available for purchase.

I personally, never written a review about a previous employer before, but this really shade a light on how an employer like this one should be out of business. I started with the company in 2018 as a mean to an end for extra income. To my surprise, upon receiving my first disbursement, additional withholdings were taken and upon bring this matter to management, they act as if it was apart of the policy and procedures of the organization. I witness the wrongful termination of an employer. Not to mention, you work all day without a lunch, but here's the caveat, management deduct the lunch from your pay even if you do not take one. This is highway robbery. Upon being confronted by one of the owners for disagreeing with him, as he throw a tantrum he thought is was best that I resign from the company--so I expressed as I provided him with my formal resignation [over the phone] NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Now every business person know, that once of your former employer resign all contact with them must be relinquished--right? No, not with this guy. He must have some form of complex, because he sends a mass text to all management staff, with me included of my demise. Now if this is not unprofessional, I really don't know what is. WARNING: before you decide to work with this particular organization, ask yourself [ Am I that desperate]
