You were late with the delivery.
You didn't transport the flowers from the church to the reception hall as you promised.
You made the wrong bouquet (she said no carnations) for the bride. The aisle runner and everyone else's boutineers and corsages were nice, though.

It's a good thing I don't live in MD. You give Korean people a bad name. You give the floral arrangement industry a bad name.
