This was best party by far! We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday here and had a blast! From beginning to end, it was amazing! The staff at It's All About the Girl is the best! They really made the party exciting and fun for the girls. Our party ranged from a 3 year old to 9 years old. The party started off with the girls getting pampered. In between a couple girls getting done up, the rest of the girls worked on an art craft. They decorated cute coin purses. My daughter choose the Hula Hula girl theme. Each girl was given a lei and hula skirt. Everyone's hair was swept up in a bun or pony along with a cute flower. They all had lip gloss applied and face glitter. They also got their nails painted. Then, they started the karaoke and that was a hit! They have all the popular and current songs available too! Once the singing and dancing is over, they served pizza from Oggi's, one of my favorite pizza spots too! After pizza, they sang happy birthday and served cake., which was delicious! Instead of opening gifts, we decided to do more karaoke until the end of the party. Before the guests leave, the birthday girl handed out the goodie bags provided. My daughter also received a t-shirt and group photo. I have to say this was an amazing party and would definitely plan another one or just go to check out their special events! It is a one stop birthday spot! They even offer a gift registry and wrap the gifts ready for the party! Check out their website! You will not be disappointed!

Such a cute place to take girls for some girly fun. I brought my two neices (both age 4) for a "Girl on the Go" party... they both chose the "Rock Star" themed party and had such a great time. BRING YOUR CAMERA and take video of karaoke if you can... they had a blast and the video clips are PRICELESS.

This place is cute and looks like fun and I was so thrilled to have my daughter's 6th birthday here! And truthfully, in the end it was VERY disappointing!!!! While the girls had a great time singing the party did not run smoothly. Off to a slow start getting all the girls hair done. There was only one girl doing hair for 14 girls for the first 30 minutes and she stated "that that was not normally her job". I was not surprised because it took her a good 20 minutes to get through my daughter and she certainly lacked a smile and upbeat personality that would be expected. About 30-40 minutes into the party two other girls joined in to help her complete hair and nails. The other two girls were outgoing and friendly. Finally around 7:30 it was time to eat the pizza except for the fact that kids pizza was not present. I had ordered 3 extra pizzas and two salads to feed the adults present but the kids pizza was not there.
At this point it was rather late and many of the girls including my two daughters were starving. The problem was reported to the management and a order was placed for one cheese pizza. In the mean while I suggested that we serve the pizzas that I had ordered to the kids. We removed toppings as needed. They blamed the pizza place for not having the pizzas but I felt that since the pizza was cold and had been sitting there for quite sometime someone at IAATG should have checked upon delivery that the order was accurate. Eventually another pizza arrived and all of the kids had a second slice. Next came the cake and we were hurried out of the place. I heard a few comments by a couple of the parents that there kids were not even able to finish their pizza before their plates of pizza were taken and a slice of cake presented to them. I tried to speak to one of the managers prior to leaving about my disappointment and she answered a question about the pizza bitterly, rolled her eyes at me and walked out of the room. I left my name and number with the girl at the counter that helped me (she was nice and polite) and assured me that someone would call me regarding my experience. Needless to say that a week later I called them 2 times, filled out an online survey and finally went in to speak to them. I spoke to the same girl that had been very rude to me previously and told her that I was surprised she wanted to speak to me after she had treated me so rudely just one week prior. She said nothing, not I am sorry, nada. The following week I also spoke with one of the owners following this visit and told her my story, she said she would talk to the employees about there behavior and work on the pizza problem but that everything else was par for the course. She said that the girls are often times not done with hair until the end of the party. And 1 pizza will serve 14 girls. At 35 dollars for each additional girl after 12 an extra pizza should be provided. My girls would be starving if they shared 1 pizza with 12 of their friends.
So if you DO have a party here:
Know what to expect I was informed that maybe my expectations were too high and maybe things should have been explained to me better.
That is for sure.
