Whatever this company has been doing, I say, keep up the good work. We were searching for a place to live in the area and boy let me just say there are SO many properties to choose from (all managed by the Irvine Company). Every property we looked at the person was very helpful, informative, didn't mind showing us many styles of what they have to offer (except one lady who just told me to stop looking if I already liked something I'd seen earlier) and answered all our questions. They weren't pushy at all. Luckily I didn't listen to that lady because I ended up choosing the one I looked at AFTER talking to her so *bttttpfffff* (raspberry to you).

The staff seemed genuinely happy to work for the Irvine Company and from the looks of it, it shows through their work and their treatment of the potential clients who walk through the doors every single day.

If you're moving to the Irvine area, look no further! Just pick up one of those catalogs published by the Irvine Company with the listings of all their properties and just do a browse through there before making the trek to view the properties. The catalog tells you about all the essentials each place offers so you don't have to waste time.
