Ordered from Grub Hub.
Was a little hesitant given the reviews...but it was really tasty. Very prompt delivery to SOMA in under 30 mins. I ordered the Basil Tofu, tasty and a little spicy. -

Market Street is the main street in a world class city and yet I find myself not being able to find anything to eat in the Van Ness region except sandwiches. This is my excuse for having to settle for a dirty spoon lunch in a place such as this that serves watered down tea. This joint has some redeeming factors:
-- you can call in your order
-- you can place an order online
-- full menu with prices available for viewing online
-- takes credit card
-- generous portions
-- fast service
-- plentiful seating
The lunch specials are reasonable, but I don't find the prices all that cheap. It's only cheap compared to other food around here, but not to other Chinese food establishments of this caliber. They also offer Japanese food, but those items are a little pricier because of the seafood. I was tempted to get a hot bowl of udon, but didn't think so after I saw that it wasn't cooked in a Japanese style. I stick with rice plates because those are reliable even if it's smothered in starchy sauce and mushy. I liked the bittermelon with beef. -

This review is based on a delivery order through Grub Hub. I haven't actually been inside this place.
One star for delivering on time and one star for ok food. Bummed because they completely forgot include something from our order. When I called to inform them, they couldn't find my order. Then when I explained to them what it was missing, they asked if I would like to come pick it up. I had it delivered for a reason; I was at work and only had 30 minutes for lunch. They delivered the food they forgot to include but it took another half hour and my lunch was over by the time it came. Half-assed apology. Nothing to make up for it. Bummer. -

I loved the salt n pepper calamari and think it was one of the best I have ever had and you almost never see a whole fried halibut anywhere. Nice website but the decor was fitting to the neighborhood and I was a little worried at first. There were a few things that gave it promise the main lady was yelling at her employees while a ton of to go orders were flying out the door. On the upside the food was really tasty and I went a a few times to give it a worthy try.

I've ordered delivery from here a couple times. It's prices are pretty standard and minimum charge was $15. As for the food, the chow mein was below average, fried rice was about average, and the walnut prawns were above average especially when considering the quantity. The prawns were also cheaper than most other places. Don't waste money getting shrimp in anything because they'll put about 4 in and they'll be small and unsatisfying.

I can't review the food.
I can tell you, however, that these clowns litter the entire neighborhood with their menus on a regular basis. I for one will definitely not patronize them.
thanks for blighting SF with your trash, jerks. -

I should have read the reviews before ordering. They dropped a flyer at our door and with the local Chinese place now out of business, we tried them. In sum, the food was inedible. SUPER greasy. Meat unidentifiable. Overcooked to the point of mush. Basically, we fed the entire thing to our chickens -- but only after we rinsed all the horrible greasy starch sauce off in the sink. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Wow........really not that good.
Beef Chow fun
Salted fish with diced chicken fried rice
sizzling beef platter
won ton soup
Chinese brocolli with oyster sauce ( the only thing that was good)
fried chicken wings
salt and pepper ribs
Had most of the stuff minus the Japanese portion. I was starving after having some cocktails at Hot Spot bar next door and when I saw their sushi station, I really wasn't that hungry anymore.
Did you know that Hot Spot Bar has a daily special where for 5 dollars you can get a shot, beer, and a 1 dollar scratcher. Hot Damn!!!! How do they do that?!? -

This place is a good basic chinese delivery joint. The fried rice is good, and you can pretty much order any main dish to accompany that for a 'decent san franciscan chinese food' meal. The prices are good, and they have some good vegetarian options.

Review from Christine H.
Walnut Creek, CA
When a Chinese restaurant begins to incorporate sushi, this should be a big indicator that something is wrong.
Pros:
* Fast food
Con:
* Cleanliness in restaurant is an issue
* Found hair twice in my take-out, not at once, thank God
* Food itself can get very heavy, especially since they don't strain any of the sauce they use
* Sushi is not even decent for their price. It's a rip-off compared to Japanese restaurants who are serving the same thing. They purposely add too much rice to make you full faster.
* Doesn't take credit card though they used to because the lady who owns the restaurant once complained to me that the company rates were getting expensive
That being said, only go if you are desperate for Chinese food, otherwise SKIP. -

First I have to say the food was yum. & they let us dine in even though they were scheduled to close in a half hour. But they were so adamant on kicking us out at 9:30 on the dot! I do recommend this place just gotta get there earlier

1, This is a review of delivery from Iron Wok.
2. Ordering was easy via http://Grubhub.com.
3. General's Chicken - This was a average version of the dish. It could have used more zip and I added it with the hot sauce they provided on the side (by request). The chicken was crispy but it was tough. There was definitely quite a chew there. A number of the pieces were also very large. The portion was very large and almost all chicken.
http://tinyurl.com/3cp...
http://tinyurl.com/3ds...
4. Mongolian Beef - It had a very interesting taste and not interesting in the good way. I tried to mask it with hot sauce but that didn't work. I could not eat it.
http://tinyurl.com/3hh...
5. Steamed Rice - The rice was very good. Not too hard, not too mushy.
6. Soup - This was free. They have a number of specials. This was free (or other options) with an order of over $20. The soup basically had no flavor.
http://tinyurl.com/3qt...
6. Order minimum - Relatively high ($20)
7. Prices - Their prices are in line with most Chinese delivery restaurants. Most of their entrees come in at just under $8 each.
1 General Chicken $ 7.70
1 Mongolian Beef $ 7.70
2 Coke $ 2.50
2 Steamed Rice $ 2.50
Free Soup of the Day with order of $20 or more
Subtotal $20.40
Tax $1.94
Total $22.34
8. Packing - The entrees were packed well in easy to reseal recycled containers. The rice was packed in a standard Chinese food container. They carefully wrapped the sealed sides of hot sauce. There were no leaks.
9. Delivery - Order placed at 4:10 PM. Order delivered at 4:38 PM. Delivery time was 28 minutes. The delivery person was polite and professional.
10. Overall - The food was mostly mediocre to poor. The services and prices were good. I will not use them again though. There are better options with higher quality food with the same services and prices.
11. Fortune - "Follow your own path."
12. Lucky Numbers - 50, 7, 56, 22, 16, 32 -

I ordered from Iron Wok through GrubHub, where it has a 3-star rating. It came in under the promised time and was cheap, so one star there. My boyfriend liked his dish (Walnut Chicken), so there's another star. I ordered the Walnut Tofu and it was probably one of the worst things I've ever received from a restaurant. It was battered soft tofu and candied walnuts in some cloying, sticky, sugar sauce over raw shredded cabbage. The cabbage was the most appealing part of the dish. I tried to save my leftovers by adding soy sauce, broccoli, and spinach, but still ended up eating around the tofu. It was just that gross.

I don't understand why people bash on this amazing chinese food restaurant. This one girl said the sushi is a rip-off, girl, have you been to that one sushi place in the food court of Stonestown? I guess not, because they sell expensive non fresh sushi! I come here for pot stickers and walnut prawns with chicken chow mein. I only get their sushi if I am in the mood for some raw fish. I usually get the rainbow roll and a side of seaweed salad and I'm full after that. This place is one of my favorite fast food place, it isn't as bad as people say it is.

This review has been long over due since I ordered from this place almost daily when I lived in SF the last year and half. They deliver locally and always customize your dish if you have dietary restrictions. The portions are decent for the price you pay for their food. They not only serve Chinese food, they also have a whole Japanese menu.
Some dishes I recommend would be:
* Hot and Sour soup (they use shitake mushrooms!)
* Spicy eggplants
* Mongolian Beef
* Basil Chicken
They usually deliver fairly quickly and they are also on http://Eat24.com -

Let me start this out by saying that I have never been to Iron Wok Sushi, so if you are looking for a review of their food, scroll down.
This dive places an average of 23 menus each day with a rubber band the size of floss over my door knob. This bothered me so much that I eventually put up a no soliciting sign in my window right next to the door knob where they are tying the menu. Whichever manager is asking their employees to use the shotgun approach to advertising, please have the decency to teach your errand runner how to read a "no soliciting" sign.
I definitely do not have plans to come to your restaurant any time soon. It also would not hurt to invest in some thicker rubber bands for those people who do want your menu's hourly updates. -

OK, lets start this off right.
Chinese food needs to be ordered like you are a out-of-town-older-Jewish-couple. Customize your order!
I ordered from the Iron Wok and made sure to ask how they prepare the Eggplant and Pork, Moo Shoo Pork and Basil Chicken.
then i asked for the following and they were TOTALLY cool on it:
1) Eggplant & Pork
Steam the eggplant and lightly saute the pork
Replace onions with broccoli
Sauce on the side
2) Moo Shoo Pork
Lightly saute the pork
replace onions with scallions
extra mushrooms
3) Basil Chicken
Lightly saute the chicken
replace onions with scallions
extra basil
by asking for customizing, you can get the food you want and NOT get charged extra. Remember, Chinese food is only as good as they cook it, so make sure they prepare it as you want it. -

I come to this place pretty often, sometimes once a week. The woman running the cash register even recognized me after going home for the summer(about 3 months)! The staff is always very friendly and the place is kept quite clean. My usual is the Cashew Chicken Rice plate with no celery (I hate celery) and an order of the Pork Pot Stickers appetizer. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because they're not the greatest at math. I know for a fact that I've been over charged before and have been given the wrong change. Also it can be kind of pricey for a music student with not a whole lot of cash lying around.
5 Stars for food and service
-1 Star for messing up my totals and change.
I can't say much about the delivery service because I live practically right upstairs, so I just walk down to order my food. -

I ordered from here last night thanks to the fistful of menus hanging from my front door - so yes, Iron Wok, your guerrilla marketing does pay off.
Overall, I was pleased. I ordered online and despite it being a Friday night, the deliveryman was ringing the bell 20 minutes later. Maybe a little *too* fast, since he forgot my freebie egg rolls, and although I realized it two seconds after closing the door, he was already gone. I called the restaurant to rectify, and they apologized profusely, re-delivered said rolls and threw in a free quart of soup.
The food itself was pretty damn good! We got moo shu vegetables and this spicy eggplant with shrimp thing. I especially liked the moo shu; it was flavorful and much less greasy than in other restaurants. Plus, no MSG hangover = one happy girl. The portions are scandalously large, and there will be leftovers for days. To be honest, they didn't include any rice with our order -- I'm assuming they just forgot, but there was so much food already that I couldn't care less. -
Review from Krista N.
OK I'm going to give it 4 because I want to give it 3.5 and damn everyone really has bashed this place.
I got the sweet and sour pork, chowmein and friedrice combo and my total was a little over 7bucks. This plate could literally feed me like 4 times. Yes, I KNOW sweet and sour pork is Americanized chinese food but you can get it done wrong and this place I have to say did it good enough for me. Plus they put in veggies and pineapple which is fantastic because although I wanted the deep-fried goodness, I also wanted to eat veggies too. Most Chinese food places just give you the fried pork and no veggies.
The chow mein and the fried rice I thought were pretty good. It probably isn't authentic chinese or whatever but I saw the guy make it right in front of me and there was a good amount of veggies in both which was nice as well.
He wanted to charge me $2 extra for hot and sour soup instead of egg drop? Ya that was weird but the egg drop was pretty good. I don't know if it was authentic again but ya there was lots of tofu in it which I digged.
I'm kind of a flavor snobb and this place didn't fail. Is there better? Probably but in this area of town..it's feed me and get the f back home. -

I haven't been to this place since probably the summer, so when I was finally craving for some Chinese food at work (if i wasn't already sick of it at home), I had to call Iron Wok to get a fix of my Mongolian beef cravings. When ever you call for lunch you should always ask for their specials. It comes with a eggroll, soup and fired rice and its cheaper if you order it just by itself! So its a win win:)
Before when i ate at iron wok every time I was at work, I would always ask for them to make food more spicy, but when I had the Mongolian beef on Thursday, I was impressed and pleased with the spiciness. My other usual's are the Mandarin spicy eggpants, and the Fried Halibut with creamy corn sauce (don't know if they have that anymore.) This place is good, its close to my work, fast and cheap! what more can a broke working college student living on paychecks to paychecks as for haha -

Review from AccioSoyMilk ..

Tried the Japanese food here. I had my suspicions with a rather seedy looking Chinese/Japanese hybrid. Sometimes it's fun when you can mix and match or you can't decide. But I can't say I liked the Japanese food. Had a standard chicken teriyaki bento box with salad, soup, rice, veggies and the teriyaki, of course.
The quality of the food was third rate. It's probably the only available Chinese or Japanese food around, but sauces weren't tasty and the quality of the food was not great. One plus was that you could substitue brown rice for white rice, which I did. I saw a couple of different signs saying the rice replacement was only for rice plates and others that said you could switch out the rice types, but no one said anything.
The employees seemed nice and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Maybe I should have tried the Chinese food, because it seems that gets much better ratings. -

Perhaps some of the worst Chinese food I've had. Since when does ma-po tofu have peas and carrots? Like the worst of your aunt's stir fry attempts at Chinese. On the positive side, clean, cheap, and the food was fast and hot...

Review from Hyung L.
This is a review from ordering on http://delivery.com. To be honest I'm not quite sure why I keep going back to http://delivery.com since I've had so many fouled up orders. Regardless when we're feeling uber lazy that seems to be where we head.
So it's Sunday and the night before we had a birthday party and mass quantities of alcohol were consumed and we spent the entire day running all over the city running errands. We get home around 7 pm on a Sunday and decide we want food and we want it easy.
Bam place our order. Basil chicken, house special chow fun, salt and pepper spare ribs, teriyake chicken bento and even a tuna maki roll. Yes I know it was a lot of food. Oops almost forgot the crab rangoon. mmmmm
So the food actually was pretty good. Typical take out Chinese food. Super salty, oily but the difference between Iron Wok and other places in SF with the same ol mediocre Chinese food (see my rant on Talk about whack Chinese food in SF) is the portions were huge. The crab rangoons were tasty and I could actually see some crab in there.
The Teriyaki my bento my gf ordered was so plentiful she ended half of it for lunch the next day. We had leftovers for days. If I want Chinese food this is the place I'd probably order from.
On a side note I've given up looking for really good Chinese food in SF. People have suggested a bunch of places and they've all disappointed. So that being said, relatively speaking I rate this place 4 stars. -
Review from Lilia M.
San Francisco, CA
Let me start off by saying that I hate whoever it was that linked a SF Health Inspection website in one of their Yelp reviews. I don't remember where I saw it, but whoever you are, I kind of loathe you. You've fed my crazy. That being said, I picked this place because it had a relatively higher score than another Chinese take-out place I frequent.
Have you ever been so hungover that ordering food is a confusing, devastating process? Of course you have. This was my delicate state of being when I made the mistake of ordering from Iron Wok. And in this state, one's standards for cuisine are not very high to begin with, so it takes a special kind of place to fail so hard. I placed an order of Prawn and Cashew Nuts, Miso soup, and a Rainbow Roll because it seemed like a good idea at the time. Delivery took about an hour and a half, which seemed like overkill especially since I called right when they opened. I finally got my food, already slobbering in anticipation of the sweet junk I was about to devour, and shit, where's my soup? No soup for me. The guy was long gone and I didn't feel like facing the intricacies of placing a phone call and yelling about a $2 soup. That would require effort and some sort of conviction, both of which I lacked in my aforementioned delicate state. Another nice surprise awaited me when I stuck my hand inside the bag: sauce everywhere. I'm a pretty easy going person, but the quickest way to piss me off is to have stuff spilling all over the place. I've seen thoughtful packaging and this was far from it. To top it off, it was half cold. I picked at the prawns, but ended up trashing most of that. Not a good experience at all (and that's not even mentioning the Safeway-esque sushi). So Iron Wok, you might have a decent health inspection score, but it's not enough to keep me coming back. -
Review from Heidi H.
Oceanside, CA
I've never actually had a place not send rice automatically when ordering 2 entrees +. We ordered Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and Hot and Sour soup.
I was not impressed. The Hot and Sour soup had scallions mixed in, which I've never experienced in Hot and Sour soup before. Made it taste very odd. Ended up throwing the whole thing out. I hated the Orange ckn. Boyfriend liked it. He hated the beef with broccoli. I didn't necessarily like it, but it was the only thing I found edible.
Probably not a bad place for most people, but it definitely didn't suit our tastes at all. Won't use them again. -

GO TO MC DONALD's
This place always sticks their menu's our door, so I finally decided to place a simple order, of Mu Shu Pork, & Hot & Sour soup.
TASTES LESS, & NO FLAVOR.
Lots of food that went right into the compost bin.
End of story....NO MORE will the menu's be allowed in this household. -

I am Chinese. I've never had egg foo young. My white-as-yorkshire-pudding British BF made me eat it for the first time this past weekend. I'm still not sure what the EFF it is, but when it's 10pm, he hasn't made dinner, I'm faint from hunger and lazy, a cold egg foo young combination is not entirely unedible. Inedible.
He ordered it from http://delivery.com. It came with some bonus egg rolls. He claimed the egg rolls were not too greasy. But then again, he also thinks that liver and onions are a terrific idea.
The fried rice was too brown for my taste. Too much brown. I would have liked it more golden. Also, fried rice is such a white person thing to do. Just like egg foo young. -

This place has quick service, but the food tastes like it was from a microwave. The egg-flower soup (no hot-and-sour, here :-( ) which comes with every dish was in a TINY bowl. And my hot tea came in a plastic tumbler...huh?
The next day I rode the bus past and one of the owners had set up a flea market table on the sidewalk. Looked like cheap watches.
I will not eat here again. -
Review from Cherylynn N.
San Francisco, CA
Iron Wok's menu states: "We Use Garden Fresh Vegetables!" Hmmm, maybe they confused the freezer for a garden?
What a disgrace to Chinese food and if I had the option to give Negative Stars, I would gladly do so. And, anyone who gives IW more than 1-2 Stars probably never had "real" Chinese food before...Sorry!
First off, I know better to come to a place that serves Chinese/Japanese food. That's a red a flag begin to with, but it's the only Chinese place within walking distance other than Shanghai China down the block which I'm not a fan of b/c of their ultra rude customer service. The waitresses talk in Canto about the customers which they should be careful of b/c some people DO actually understand; so I do know what you're saying Miss! Anyways, I digress...
I called IW for a take-out and ordered Shrimp Egg FooYoung. I normally would NEVER order something like this from a Chinese restaurant, but did so b/c it was lo-carb.
When I got there, and paid, they lady said by total was $9.45, but on the menu it said, "$8.15". Even with 9.5% tax, that doesn't add up correctly. Perhaps, they charge extra for take-out?
It took 15 minutes to get my food and when walking back to the office, I noticed that there was chili oil dripping out from all over the container and into the plastic bag. Weird!
When I got to my desk and opened the container, I am confronted by a big yellow blob with orange (carrots) and green (peas) specks, smothered with brown gravy (no chili oil). Being that Egg Foo Young is a Chinese omelet, I guess I expected it to taste like an omelet? It was more like an egg scramble with mushy bean sprouts and frozen peas and carrots. The egg was not fresh b/c it had a very weird yellowish brown color and had a heavy texture to it. The shrimp? Umm, it was like looking for a needle in haystack and was NOT fresh; obviously frozen b/c it was hard. The gravy, don't know the addition to it as it did nothing to the dish except to make everything soggy.
Portions are HUGE and it's more than enough for 2 lunches. But, being as it was almost inedible, after a couple of bites, it went straight to the compost bin.
If it weren't for the nearby offices, I highly doubt anyone would even come to this establishment.
If IW's view of fresh vegetables is coming from the freezer, I don't even want to imagine how fresh their fish is for their sashimi and sushi! :X
Ummm, and I'm still wondering, where exactly did that chili oil come from??? In this instance, I think it's one of those "what you don't know, won't hurt you..." -
Review from Spencer W.

The disgruntled people here compelled me to finally get around to creating a Yelp account. I gotta stick up for these guys....
Sure, the food isn't on par with the "best Chinese you'll ever have" or anything close. However, if you grew up in the suburbs and dealt with horrible chains like Panda Express or Mr Chau's, you will more than appreciate Iron Wok. They, like the aforementioned major chains, should be looked at as fast food with a restaurant facade.
They are not the worst you will find in this city contrary to what other people are saying here. I have found much, much worse and those places weren't even a fraction as clean as this one (which I find to be very important).
What made me fall in love with this place are:
* Insanely fast service (unlike what other Yelpers say). Maybe it's because I'm a regular, but I never wait more than 10 minutes between when I hang up the phone and when they knock on my door. Yeah, 10 minutes. Srsly.
* Cheap food and wide variety of combo plates.
* So clean you could eat the food right off the floor.
* They carry Tsingtao, which they will even deliver to you. Yes, beer delivery!
* Ridiculously polite employees that I've totally fallen in love with. Whereas one Yelper said they forced them to tip, I get the opposite. After ordering there regularly for a year now, the delivery man still acts shocked when I tip him.
* Free delivery after 3 PM.
Now, with that said, there are definitely some things to keep in mind (which is what prevents a full five star review):
* The prawns, while good, are sometimes not de-veined.
* The egg rolls (vegetable only) leave a lot to be desired, so just avoid 'em.
* They sometimes overdose on the sauce.
* The language barrier sometimes gets in the way, but everything is numbered as well, so you can always just resort to that.
I really do have some weird form of loyalty for this place. They always act happy to see me or hear my voice and they know me well enough to correct me when I mess up my own orders. (Did I mention it's perfect "drunk food" as well?) Try to take what the other Yelpers said with a grain of salt, because I personally have eaten there A LOT and have never had those problems.
And sadly, now that I'm done with my spiel, I'm craving their food and it's now closed for the night. *tear* -

To all of those who gave a low star rating to Iron Wok, you missed out on the best, least expensive, salmon sushi in SF, and the larger Bay Area. It simply melts in your mouth. Way better than the hype and costly Otoro down the block.
Albacore is great too. Plus, service is fantastic, and delivery quick. They will even throw in a free miso soup and / or roll (ex: rainbow roll-delicious!) on orders over $15.
The place is certainly not dirty, rather just not fancy--but, what the hell, you're in the 'Loin!
Definitely recommend it, and strongly suggest trying the to-die-for salmon sushi. I crack a litlle tear every single bite. Actually, tho. -

I have been a faithful customer of Iron Wok for over 4 years now, and it's pretty much the only Chinese food I will eat in the city.
My favorite order is chicken Won ton soup. Also, the chicken fried rice has plenty of chicken in it - unlike most other Chinese places - and the family running the place is so nice. They always remember me!
Love it. -

It's very unlike me to try a place before checking its rating on yelp beforehand but today one of my coworkers brought in a menu (which he got for free at the Bart station, we should have known). We all jumped at the words "sushi for lunch".
Let's just start off with... sushi served in a chinese restaurant? HMMMM. Suspicions flaring. Still, the menu was colorful and made the food look tempting.
Results:
1. Fish was ok. Not the freshest, but not "bad".
2. Unagi was littered with tiny bones. Kind of like eating a small slimy cactus. One of my coworkers didn't even eat his.
3. Miso soup was totally watered down. I really don't think it would have hurt to put in another spoon of bean curd paste!
4. Mushy rice. My worst enemy.
5. Expensive
Now I'm sitting here, only an hour after my meal, feeling kind of weird. I don't think I'm going to throw up or get lime disease or anything... but my stomach is definitely not happy. -

This place puts menus on my doorknob weekly, and I say menus because they usually put 3 or 4 in addition to the ones scattered in the street. I'll never go here because I've spent way too much time throwing away the garbage they dump on my property.

Have you ever seen the movie "Clueless" ?
So, Alicia Silverstone's character makes a reference to a guy and calls him a "Monet". She goes on to explain that it means the guy has the characteristics of a Monet painting - looks good from far away but when you get up close, it's just a huge mess.
Iron Wok is kind of like that. It LOOKS REALLY GOOD but then when you eat it, it's not all that great. However, they suffice, it's blocks away from my work, and they usually are pretty quick.
They're MSG free. =( makes me so sad, so so so so sad.
How can you have Chinese food without MSG!? That's unnatural to me, hahahaha..
The Singaporean style noodles are good, though I can't really recommend anything else. When I eat here, i'm constantly adding either pepper, soy sauce or hot chili oil to my food. I also wish they had ground white pepper instead of black pepper.
GROUND WHITE PEPPER MAKES ALL CHINESE FOOD TASTE BETTER

I want to start off by saying that after ordering from quite a few Chinese restaurants in the city (and going to Panda Express on numerous occasions) I have found the best orange chicken, and that would be from Iron Wok.
We ordered in for Valentine's Day as my daughter was running a fever and has an ear infection. We went to http://eat24hours.com because online ordering is so much easier and you can take your time in picking what you want. ANYWAY... we decided on Iron Wok. They have a Japanese menu and a Chinese menu, thus why they have sushi.
We ordered Wonton Soup, which by the way was HUGE, for $5.45. An order of potstickers (order of 6) for $4.95. Chicken Fried Rice for $5.95, an order of Dragon Rolls for $9.50, and Orange Chicken for $6.95. All in all the total was $35 and change. It said to expect delivery in 45-60 minutes. We placed our order at 4:06pm and our door bell rang at 4:35pm, so that was less then 30 minutes! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
The only complaint was that the potstickers were on the dry side, but everything else was great. My husband loved his Dragon Rolls (some kind of a sushi thing). They packed ALOT of fried rice in to the container, and it was really good. I already proclaimed my love for their orange chicken, and like I said, the wonton soup was huge. It seemed a little oily to me, but my husband didn't think so.
I will definitely be ordering from them again. Delivery is quick, the delivery guy was super nice, and the food was great. -

I'm glad that I don't permanently work in this area as this is the only place I can locate with Asian hot food. I had ordered the asparagus chicken over rice one day and salt pepper tofu over rice another day. Both orders were tasty and just okay. The portion is not skimpy nor over sized. Their Chinese/Japanese menu includes rice plates, won ton, noodles, bento box items, sushi, etc.
The take out service was prompt and friendly. -

Mom and Pop and grandpa and grandson (literally the whole nuclear family in inside the place) type of joint where the owners are brave enough to open a location in no mans land.
Food is decent and they'll make a custom order
Chow Fun (the wide noodles) Singapore Style (curry, four seasons)
Abundant portions and the noodles weren't mush and stale (like some other places...)
Hot and Sour soup was very meh
The area, while not on 6th nor the 'loin (and really nasty) is fairly dark, desolate and difficult to get to (bounded my hwy type streets)
If you have a bicycle tho, no problem.
Right now, it's my goto take out place, got any better 'round SomA?
