The invitations we ordered from Ajalon were absolutely perfect!
We were looking to design our own invitations but had no idea about how to do this. After reading all these great reviews about Ajalon and their letterpress, I decided to give them a chance. But we live on the east coast and I was nervous knowing I wouldn't to be able to meet with anyone in person. But the more I saw how beautiful the invitations on their website were, I couldn't help but want to go with them anyway...so we decided to just go for it.
We had a big wedding with a few different events that all required separate invites with different colors, sized paper, etc. for each event -- all in, we needed some 700 invitations printed. I thought it was going to be a huge challenge but Ajalon and Trish made is so easy and I can honestly say every invitation was perfect.
Trish and the rest of the Ajalon team are really wonderful. Not only were they a delight to work with over the phone and email, Trish and the rest of the team are meticulous to detail and very patient. Trish made it a point to work out every detail I asked for, no matter how many things I changed. She is excellent and she really goes up and beyond to ensure every invite is perfect. Ajalon's quality of work is amazing and well surpassed our expectations. We were really so impressed with the letterpress and the quality of the invites -- we absolutely love them and have received so many compliments from our guests. Not to mention, their letterpress prices are a steal!!
We HIGHLY recommend Trish and the rest of the Ajalon team! -

When I got married, I HAD to have custom designed invites. My parents would not let up on having the invite be in both Vietnamese and English, and I absolutely refused to use any of the printers they recommended b/c of the cards were beyond cheesy (red/gold/pink with images of fat, happy Asian babies parading around or just a generic "double happiness" Chinese character). I searched for tons of printers who would do custom printing, and they either were ridiculously priced or the quality/design were "meh".
Even though I'm in NY, I somehow found Ajalon and got samples of the printing and paper, and my now-husband and I really liked what we saw. He wanted our invites to stand out but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg, and I wanted everything to be simple and classy. We designed our own elegant NYC-themed invite sets and Trish was really helpful and courteous in accommodating our ideas. The quality of the printing for the cost AND great customer service... I think the invite printing process was one of the best and easiest aspects of our wedding planning.
It's been a couple years since my wedding, but I'd like to reiterate that Invitations by Ajalon and Trish Jackson were an absolute pleasure to work with. A lot of my friends/family are getting hitched and I keep hinting they should use this place if they want beautiful custom print jobs for a fantastic price. -

I had an incredible experience working with this letterpress company! I had been looking for affordable letterpress invitations for a long time when I came across Invitations by Ajalon. They were running a special - 100 invites and RSVP postcards for $439. After comparison shopping elsewhere on the web, I ultimately decided to go with Ajalon and I'm so glad I did!! I was able to get beautiful, semi-custom wedding invitations without breaking the bank. I absolutely love the design we chose (Kourtesis) and loved working with Trish.
I actually drove to Santa Rosa and met with Trish in person before ordering my invitations. She was delightful to work with - incredibly patient with my many questions and very professional. She even let me take home the envelopes so I could get a head start on calligraphy! When it came time to selecting the wording and fonts for the invite, she had great suggestions and we came up with a stunning invitation. Delivery of the invitations was very prompt (I think it took something like 2 weeks?). I haven't sent out my invites yet but everyone who has seen them in person says they are gorgeous. I would recommend Ajalon Printing & Design to anyone! -

We ordered invitations and were assisted by Trish. She was very helpful working with us on color combinations, the designing, and choosing the fonts, etc. We had a fabulous experience with Ajalon and everyone raved about how elegant the invitations were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I am so impressed with the quality & service.
They do letterpress at a very reasonable cost (see their website for any specials). I sat with Trish for help with the design, and she and her team were fantastic. They did a great job with the map/directions card... apparently they have a cartographer on staff, which is awesome. They print on eco-friendly (100% recycled cotton) Crane's Lettra, and it's excellent quality.
It looks like they do a few Indian designs as well, in case that's what you're looking for. They were the only, ONLY place that had a true paisley print. I ended up selecting a different design, but it was a close call.
I looked at a few other places, including Hyegraph, Paper Source, etc. and I felt the most comfortable with Ajalon's quality & service.
If we have any money left after the wedding & honeymoon, we'd love to have them design our thank-you notes! -

If you're looking for a print & design service company, then Ajalon is the place to go. They consistently do great work, go above & beyond the call of duty and accommodate any need you may possibly have.
Trish Jackson's design work is impeccable and her attention to detail flawless. Trish has the patience of a saint! She has put up with my numerous upon numerous revisions and still cheerfully answers the phone when I call! She also works very hard to stay at or below my budget for all of my projects without ever compromising the quality.
Trish and the gang at Ajalon have consistently provided impeccable service. In my mind, they have set the benchmark for every other printing/design service around. -

Working with Ajalon on my wedding invitations was absolutely wonderful. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my invitations to look and feel like and I was completely blown away by the final product...even better than I had hoped for! The letterpress is absolutely gorgeous and every detail looks very high end and gorgeous.
Working with Trish was also so fun. I appreciated her honesty with me when I came up with random suggestions, while also allowing my creativity come through with some of my other ideas. She was also helpful when I tried to come up with just the right wording to honor my late father as a significant part of the wedding and the invitation.
I am so excited for our guests to see these beautiful invites, as they truly set the tone for what a special day our wedding will be.

I am so, so happy with the letterpress wedding invitations I printed with Ajalon -- the quality is excellent (the pictures on their website don't do justice), the service responsive, and the prices reasonable (especially with the promotions they've offered recently).
My process started out with ordering samples, which came within just a couple business days. The samples were nice -- good texture and printed on high quality Crane Lettra paper. Afterwards, Trish followed up with me to see if any of them would work. I expressed my desire to have a slightly different ink color, and she sent a follow-up mailing with additional ink color samples.
Once I decided on the final colors and wording, the rest of the process was super smooth. I received an initial proof on the same day (even though they said it might take a little longer). My final proofs also were turned around on the same day. After I had approved the final proofs, the invitations went to print and I received the final products in the mail within just a few more days. Throughout the process, Trish was very good about communicating realistic timelines. They are extremely professional -- they are conservative with their promises, but they always exceeded my expectations.
I will say that the one small drawback is that they don't have a ton of stock designs that fit my taste -- but I did ultimately go with the Kourtesis design, which I'm really happy with. I believe they do custom work too, but I didn't really look into that option. -

I didn't have a preference of invitations in mind until I came across letterpress. Then when I started getting quotes for them I realized they weren't in my budget until I came across Ajalon. I was worried the quality wouldn't be as great, but I ordered samples and I loved them. Then, when I talked to Trish on the phone she was so helpful and friendly. She helped me place my order and I had my invitations in less than 2 weeks. When they arrived, I was so impressed. If you are looking for letterpress invitations, Ajalon is the way to go! I got the Anne style because I wanted something plain and elegant. They are beautiful!

Working with Ajalon for my wedding invitations was a dream. I never thought I would be able to afford such beautiful letterpress work, but lo and behold, here was Ajalon! We have been receiving compliments on our invitations from Indiana to India and some have even said they want to get the same ones when their kids get married someday! The folks at Ajalon have a keen creative eye and are extremely professional, delivering their product in a timely manner. We got the square invitations, with rectangular schedule of events cards and RSVP cards. Our colors are a deep red and dark purple, so we got red envelopes and then got the guest address labels (to save SO much time). The address labels with the same design as the invitations inside really popped, making the entire package luxurious from the get go. The only problem with anything was the return address stamp we ordered. The font didn't come through legibly when we stamped it, so we had to quickly get one made at a nearby shop. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Ajalon.. our invitations are absolutely stunning!!!!!
