After fumbling around with online research just attempting to learn about life insurance I finally broke down and called someone. There was so much to learn I just needed to speak to a person. I called International ProInsurance and was immediately connected to a gentleman named Lee.
I explained my frustration to Lee and he immediately booked an appt for me around my schedule. My husband and I showed up to our appointment nervous but Lee put us at ease with professionalism and refreshments. The best part came when he explained how insurance works and what our options were. He concluded with his suggestion.
Not once did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. I felt that this company really cared about getting us into a plan that best suited us.
I now have my life insurance and medical insurance through this place. Anytime I have a question I just call and I'm helped right away. -

I am so impressed with this agency.
When I started this process, I thought all agencies were the same. Boy, was I wrong! I had been working with another agency who after 4 months, failed to get me an individual health insurance policy.
These folks were great. Very proactive, knowledgeable and very effective. The agent talked to the insurers in advance of my application to get to know what they would need in my case. Then, when the application went in, my agent checked daily to see how it was going. She was proactive and very effective. Within 2 and a half weeks, I had my policy... and at the lowest rate.
Highly highly recommend them for your health insurance needs! -

After being part of a group insurance program, I was recommended to International Proinsurance Services. I worked with Marissa, who is wonderful in every way. She provided me with several viable options for me and my daughter and in the end we picked a good plan that really works for us and our needs. She was patient and always returned my numerous phone calls in a very timely manner. I would recommend Marissa as well as Proinsurance to everyone. They truly try to find the best solution to each individual's health care needs.

Looking for medical insurance for an individual is always a (pun intended) painful experience. I worked with Todd Scheuer, who was amazingly helpful and informative. He emailed me the insurance plan information the same day we spoke and was very responsive over the phone and over email. It definitely was a no-pressure experience - Todd followed up well while still giving me the time/space I needed to think over the plans and run the numbers. I'd definitely recommend him (which is, really, the whole point of this review!)

I'd like to extend a sincere Thank You to Marissa and Carson whom both were a great help while I was searching for private insurance last month after transitioning from a full time employee to a consultant. Carson was so kind to reach out to Marissa on my behalf and she went above and beyond to help me find the best plan to suit my needs without my going broke. What I thought would be a long and difficult process actually turned out to be not so bad at all. I would absolutely recommend ProInsurance for anyone trying to find healthcare coverage.
