I know it might seem crazy to give an IHOP four stars, but this one will be the best IHOP you ever go to!  I promise!  I also have nostalgic ulterior motives.

This place is where all the high school kids hang out late nights.  The service is better here than usual IHOPs, and in West Plano, there aren't many other places open 24 hours, so when you're stuck in the 'burbs and can't sleep, it's this or WalMart...
