Been twice. Service and food were both very good the first time. The service was still good second time, but it seemed they were going out of their way to be cheap by "rationing" food portions like a Nazi concentration camp. Hasbrowns were perfectly cut to an exact rectangle of a preplanned size. Seemed kind of cheap to me.

So, let's say you're on the South Beach diet and you're in Issaquah and you're fucking starving AND your uncle brings you to IHOP...what do you eat? Well, there's the meat infused breakfasts that'll probably make you shit yourself from all the grease; totally appetizing, no? There's also a new 'Health Smart' page on the back of the menu; for all those looking to lie to themselves about improving their diet. The options are slim pickings, with one item being: 3 slices of ham, 3 sausage, 3 bacon and 3 eggs; heart attack anyone? There's also the ultra vanilla pick: plain chicken breast, salad and broccoli, which is what I chose; totally bland, but when you're about to gnaw off you forearm, anything will do.

The place was dead on a Sunday, so our service was quick.
