Squeezing into one of the grimy booths at this IHOP gives me infinite satisfaction. This is the brunch spot of choice for meeting up with old friends, and we can usually stay in that booth for hours drinking coffee and laughing.
Even at peak Sunday brunch times, the wait is hardly ever more than 20-30 min. The parking situation is also annoying, as their parking lot is tiny. The McDonald's next door seems to be waging a growing battle with IHOP customers parking in their lot, so you may have to park on a side street and walk over.
