I love Mercedes. Getting a colonic can be an embarrassing experience, but I never feel that way with Mercedes. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, while still being thorough and professional.
Even my VERY private fiancé goes to her and is very happy with the result. And I love the fact that she doesn't try to sell you more treatments than you actually need. What a concept!
I like the location too. Cambrian Plaza is in a safe neighborhood and has plenty of parking. The treatment room is very clean (I've only seen one of them so I can't comment on the others) and their entrance is hidden from the main walkway so you don't have to feel self-conscious about someone seeing you there (not that I really care). -

I just got back from a nice vacation where I endured lots of environmental pollution and ate like a stoned glutton. It was a great trip as you can imagine, but before I went back to work and resumed normal eating habits I needed to detox. Before any new beginning I need a new ending, so I went to see Joyce. She cleaned out my pipes like Roto Rooter and I feel incredible. I'm not dragging about and as this vacay comes to an end (no pun intended this time), I can say I'm actually ready to go back to work. Thank you whoever invented this clever fix and the gentle people at Internal Spa for doing what they do so well.

I tried colon hydrotherapy for the first time ever last month. I had heard that it is good for you but reluctant to try since I was not sure about it.
Cathy took all my worries away. She was highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine and she exceeded my expectation. When I first talked to her on the phone she covered the procedure in detail. I had a good feel for what to expect. I got a little nervous the day of, but Cahty did a great job making me feel comfortable.
She was thorough and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to see her again! I felt really good after the treatment. -

This was my first time! Cathy was so professional but most of all she was so understanding and nurturing. I was anxious all day.. Cathy had a way with her words that just really made me feel safe and comfortable. My thoughts prior to this experience were so negative.. After the procedure I felt alive and well. There was little to no discomfort. I highly recommend Cathy, and will def be going back again. Thank you so much Cathy!

I feel sooooo good after seeing Cathy yesterday!
Do you eat well, exercise and take good care of yourself, yet whenever you get stressed or travel or get off your routine, find yourself bloated or constipated?This is a miserable feeling, not to mention toxic and unhealthy.

Cathy was not only helpful and professional but went above and beyond to recommend all kinds of additional items I might like (none of which she was selling, just advice :) ). She did an amazing job and the facility was clean and made me feel comfortable as well! Definitely going back!.
