I've never felt so let down in my life. I started this account on "yelp" specifically to protect others from making the same mistake I did. A friend recommended this company and not realizing that they were talking about the Mtn.view location, I hired the San Carlos shop - PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!! I've since researched this shop and learned they are deep in debt to their vendors and don't return my calls for warranty service. SAN CARLOS INTERIOR DOOR GETS ZERO STARS

I had a really good experience with this company.

Over the years we've slowly been re-doing a lot of stuff in our house. The old interior doors were awful and we planned to replace them. After getting several quotes from other places, I decided to go with the Interior Door Company here in town.

They were professional, their prices were reasonable, and they installed everything just as they'd promised. I'm extremely happy with my new interior doors. I've had them for over a year and have had no problems with any of them.

We still have to re-do our rooms upstairs. When it's time to replace those doors, I plan to call this company again.

I guess I have to give them one star because that is the lowest I am allowed- but I'd much rather give them no stars.

I HIGHLY recommend not using the San Carlos Shop. I am a vendor and they have an outstanding balance of over $5000.  Every time you call they either refer you to an account person who is not even in that office and does not return your calls. The company is EXTREMELY far in debt. If you are a vendor beware before going into business they WILL NOT pay for materials or labor you provide and will avoid you at all costs.

BEWARE OF THE SAN CARLOS LOCATION!!!!!!!

I love them so much, I get all excited and wave to them when I see one of their trucks.

My doors were all dinged-up and grody-- I think someone went wild with a staple gun and some Shaun Cassidy posters way back when. So I picked out my new doors online, and they came out and measured for the new doors, then came back later to install them (complete with new hinges and knobs!) and hauled away the old doors. You can pick solid core or hollow. (Save a few bucks by putting hollow doors on closets, etc.) They paint them with a special machine so they look flawless. They even replaced my 70s mirrored closet doors. The whole thing only took a week!!! It's amazing how new doors can add architectural detail and make you feel like you have a real home. I'm a door dork now, woo.

My mom just had her house remodeled and had a private contractor do the majority of the work, which included installing new interior doors.  Their work was substandard; unfinished door jambs, doors not closing, improperly installed door handles/locks.  

We decided to try Interior Door Replacement for closet doors (thank goodness), and she was very satisfied.  I arranged and supervised the job, and the installers were very courteous, prompt, professional and neat!  They seemed to take pride in their work and did the job right!    They even re-installed some knobs that were improperly done by my contractor.

If I could do it all over again, I would have had them install all of the doors!  They might be a little pricey, but I think it's well worth it.
