Great idea to review this, Michelle!

Amish Sweet Mustard.  AMISH SWEET MUSTARD.  At any given time, I have at least 3 backup jars of Intercourse Canning Co's sweet mustard in my pantry.  And the store itself is a sampler's heaven.  EVERYTHING is delicious.  They also have a frequent buyer's card-- handy when you stock up like my family does.

This place has some of the best canned goods ever. They have many PA Dutch country specialties, but they have also mastered the basics like jam and pickles. I LOVE their salsa's (try the peach variety over tequila-lime grilled chicken) and their no sugar added Apple Butter is unbelievable as a spread on toast or even as a dip for a fruit platter. If you come on certain days you can actually watch them canning in the back, but it is worth a trip no matter what. I personally prefer their canned goods to the ones sold at Kitchen Kettle Village down the road, and you will avoid the large crowds and tourist trap atmosphere. They have out samples of most of their products, and are willing to open a jar for you to taste if you just ask. They almost always have coupons out in the local penny savers which make the low prices even lower! You will end leaving with more than you planned, but the low prices make it very easy to pick up that jar of peanut butter schmear that you just can't do without.
