Booked the Intercontinental through priceline for $99 a night. We arrived to a great entrance where our doorman was awaiting and helped us take our suitcases out of the cab and into the lobby. Very quick check in, we stayed in room 541 which has a view of the garden.

We didn't use the pool but it seems very nice.

We were in town for only 2 days so we didn't eat at the hotel since we were at the harbor enjoying the many options to eat (cheesecake factory, phillips, california pizza kitchen and hard rock to name a few).

The hotel was very nice inside...very elegant, nice lobby and clean hallways and elevator.

The room was a lot bigger than what we were expecting. It doesn't feel like a hotel room , more like a nice bedroom with a soft rug, great flat 27" lcd hdtv, big comfy bed with tons of pillows, a table in the room with chairs and a big bathroom with a tv in it.

Definitely going to stay again in the near future!

Miss the crab cakes already.

I got a room at the Intercontinental for 90 bucks on http://priceline.com.  This is actually one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Baltimore. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious. It appears to have been remodeled. The fixtures in the bathrooms were new and shinny. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will stay here again given the chance.

I don't give one star often.  Hell, this is the only review that I'm going to spend my valuable time writing about anything in Baltimore.  But I want to be clear:  NEVER GIVE THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS YOUR MONEY.  ESPECIALLY NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

My partner and I wanted to throw a swanky surprise party in the Inner Harbor, for my partner's mother's 60th birthday.  We had excellent experiences meeting with staff and signing contracts (the terms of which they changed and we didn't catch it upon signing!).  Then everything went downhill.

When we showed up, the event room wasn't ready at the time we'd asked for it to be ready.  Further, we couldn't discuss the catering, nor find any of the higher-ups with whom we'd struck agreements.  Thus we had to try to coerce the work-a-day members of the staff to help us.  We barely were able to start the surprise party successfully.

The food was okay, if wildly overpriced.  Ditto the bar.  Then, the Intercontinental charged us over a $1000 more than we'd agreed upon for the bar!!  Talking with them about this was completely insane.  We never, in fact, were able to speak to the event coordinator or other people we'd spoken to prior to the event, and instead had to subject an unrelated day manager to our grievances.  He dealt with us in a thoroughly bureaucratic manner--pleasant up front, but then dishonest.  After telling us he would not charge us until we'd seen a bill (they had a problem furnishing an itemized bill right away, although they could tell us the lump total, surprisingly), and meeting with us so that we could review it together, he charged our accounts anyway, further to our surprise/dismay.

The hotel also attempted to charge us for rooms our party didn't rent, and the staff was mostly exceptionally rude and not fit to operate an elite hotel.  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, and certainly DON'T EVER TRY TO PLAN AN EVENT HERE.

Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel will forever, in our minds, be synonymous with near-disaster and rip-off.  To be frank, we've had better service at the Motel 6.

I think I paid about $220 or so for a one bedroom during the summer of 2004 (Otakon!). The website made it sound really fancy and nice. Too bad when we got there, the room was like a throwback to 15 years ago. The bed was awesome, everything else needed a SERIOUS update.

I feel about about leaving a ring in the bathtub after trying to wash out the dye in my hair, but I'm not sure if it was really my fault, the water was slow going down!

Looks are deceiving. It looks nice in the brochures and on the outside (hell, when my sister and I arrived, there was a fancy Bentley parked outside). Inside, it was a complete disappointment. It's four years later, but I doubt I'd pay for a room here, unless I was desperate.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location right across from West Shore Park (Inner Harbor). The rooms are quite spacious, but the carpet is dingy, the linens are scratchy and the bathroom fixtures are chipped. Seriously not worth the price we paid.
