[UPDATE 2.05.2012] I cannot believe how clear my skin is becoming. My skin has not been this clear since I was living in southern California. If I had a job, I would visit Kristin on a weekly basis. My skin looks amazing and it feels incredibly soft. I am in love with my skin. HOORAY!

It has been almost a year since I last visited Kristin at Inspired Skin Care, and oh boy did my skin need her help.
Right when I walked in, Kristin welcomed me by my name. At the moment, I was like wow. It made me feel welcomed. It's the small details that show that a business cares about their customers.
Before my facial, Kristin greeted me with a hug and a beautiful smile.
Let me just say this now, Kristin is the most energetic, full of life, beautiful, caring, intelligent, loving, exciting, thoughtful woman ever. She is your go to girl.
Kristin did the customized medi-facial, which costs $95. It is a total deal for the end results. You will feel like you just went up a level on the hotness scale. Your skin will feel new, fresh, soft, and wonderful.
During the facial, Kristin was engaging me in a wonderful conversation. I felt like we were very close. An experience I did not expect to occur (the first time I visited).
The whole facial process is relaxing (except for the extractions but MAN! My face looks AMAZING after the extraction). The service is high quality and there is no replacement or comparison to Kristin.
Do your skin a favor and get a facial at Inspired Skin Care. Kristin will make you look beautiful and you will make a new lifelong friend.
I will most definitely be visiting Kristin on a monthly basis this year.
You can afford it! Trust me. I am a college student on a cal grant budget. If I can afford it, so can you.

THE best facials and best brows I've ever gotten in SF. Kristin is amazing and takes care if her clients. She's a true pro with a fantastic upbeat attitude and i just can't recommend her highly enough. Her product lines are also wonderful. I don't give the stars out lightly - this is one of my only 5 star reviews on yelp.

Relaxing, Fun, and High Quality!
Kristin is a pro. My skin feels amazing when I leave there. This is definitely the best place in the city to get a facial. She does not try to sell you any products. She is a one-of-a-kind, and truly special person who REALLY cares about her clients. She is also SO MUCH FUN to talk to!

Kristin is AMAZING! Make an appointment with her today if you want your skin to look fabulous, if you need a new skin care regimen and new product recommendations, or if you just want to pamper yourself and feel good. Inspired SkinCare is her own little shop. It's quiet, relaxing, and a true oasis. The place and Kristin hold such a good energy and she is extremely knowledgable about skin and products. I see her regularly and I always look forward to my appointments. She is always reading and going to conferences to learn more about skin and what's out there to make us look and feel better. I recommend Inspired Skin Care to everyone and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Found Kristin through a groupon purchase for an eyebrow waxing: can I say obsessive-compulsive, perfectionist with a kick ass chill personality?
It was one of the better jobs I've received and I am comparing her to some of the more high end spas on both coasts. The space is small but very charming and Kristin was incredibly kind (even managing to fit me in when I arrived late because of a scheduling conflict) and personable.
Highly recommended. -

I've never been the girl with the nice eyebrows. I always thought I should get them professionally shaped but I didn't know who to trust.
Well, thank God for Groupon leading me to Kristin at Inspired Skincare! I can honestly say my brows have NEVER looked this good.
Even though the Groupon was a nice introductory offer, I definitely think the full price is reasonable on its own for what you get out of it!

I had my first ever facial here today with Kristin, and I must say that I've started out well- with only the best!
I'm not really a big believer in regular facials unless you have skin problems or have aging skin that requires a little more maintanence, but nevertheless I was really impressed and pleased with my facial experience today, and I will definitely be more inclined to get facials more often from this point on. I left with my skin smooth and feeling very refreshed - not pink, swollen or sore like I had expected it to be after a facial. Kristin was a pleasure to talk to throughout the experience, and she is very knowledgable about the importance of using all natural products and various skin issues I discussed with her. She has a really positive energy and really knows how to make her clients feel pampered, educated and special.
What I enjoyed and appreciated the most out of my experience was how she only uses all natural, preservative and paraben-free products. This is somehting I am becoming increasingly concerned with, and the importance of minimizing chemicals in my everyday life is now a higher priority for me. I bought one of her all natural moisturizing creams, and I can't wait to begin using it. If it leaves my skin as fresh and beautiful as the facial did, I will definitely never go back to using traditional chemical-laden facial creams.
A must for the environmentally and health conscious person who wants beautiful, healthy skin.Listed in: Places I love.

I just had another facial here today and I have to say, I love Kristin and I love what she does to my skin. Her place is small but cozy and totally welcoming. She is always smiling and she knows her products. The express facial is a great deal if you don't want to spend a fortune. -

I just checked this place out last week, and it was awesome.
Kristin performed her rejuvenation facial on me, and my skin felt amazing afterward. It was a great price for a fantastic service.
First of all, I am not one of those girls who routinely gets facials. My roommate is so good about getting in and following up with at home stuff, it makes me feel ashamed about the neglect I offer my own skin.
I felt a little strange walking in because I didn't know what to expect. Right off the bat, I felt the relaxing atmosphere. I really liked the decor and the smells and the overall vibe.
Kristin was great. She instantly made me feel comfortable and we had easy conversation.
I will definitely be back! -

Eyebrows. They say it all. I didn't know this when I was younger unfortunately. I would just pluck away and convince myself they looked fine. Well I don't worry about that now because I feel like they look great! Kristin KNOWS eyebrows and what shape, thickness, and length all look great for you. My tweezers miss me because I only have to pick them up maybe once every few weeks now. Kristin is super friendly, patient, can have a convo with anyone, and I love going to her for my eyebrows. I always feel so cleaned up and defined after leaving her. She runs an awesome and cute skin care place!

I accidentally became customer and big Kristin's fan. My friend from London ordered to find Cosmedix (excellent cosmetic line) products that are so cheap for her considering $-pound exchange rate. So, I stopped by Inspired Skin *just* to buy the products and was charmed by Kristin, her resourcefulness and sincere desire to help. Fast forward and almost 2 years later I regularly go to her for facials or any skin advice and recommend to all my friends who are serious about beauty.
Besides great products (no pushy sales here), Kristin offers knowledgeable skin recommendations to make you feel and look better. She is smart, sweet and pleasure to be around. -

One of the best facials I've ever had. Kristin is awesome (knows the right relaxing music to choose and when to just be in the silence) and the shoulder and arm/hand massages were really great. It's all in the details - lavender in the steam, super comfortable bed/table, and products that work.

Yay! Kristin is awesome! I initally came in for a brow wax since mines was super fxxxed up from years of abuse. She worked her magic and hooked me up with a pair of presentable "sister" brows. She easily convinced me to do the 30 minute facial (kickass promo deal) and I was glad I did because she made my skin feel like butter after. Overall I am happy with her work and I will definitely come back to her in the future.

I cheated on my regular esthetician to see Kristin because someone gave me a gift certificate. Needless to say, I had to break up with her even though she was really great...Kristin simply rocks and I can't not get my facials done by her. It's like getting your face done by your best friend. The fact that it's just the 2 of us while she's working her magic is so nice. No outside noise. I love her studio. It's so comfortable, like you're in her living room. Her products are terrific and she makes a mean cup of caffeine-free coffee. My face, and me, just glow when I leave. Six stars!

Inspired Skin Care is quite a find!
A little secret about me: I'm terrified of having a bad eyebrow shape. Crazy, I know, but we all have our quirks. That being said, I barely trust anyone to go near me with wax - even if it means growing an eyebrow jungle until I reach someone I trust. By the time I found Inspired, my eyebrows were a perfect "before" picture. Kristin was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, that I decided to give her a shot ... and she was AMAZING! Kristin took great care in shaping my eyebrows and they looked incredible. I won't be going anywhere else.
Also, it must be noted, that her skincare is equally superb. Although the place is adorable and pampering, her treatments are focused on results - that's what we all want, right? This is the place to go for a facial or perfect eyebrows. -

I LOVE KRISTIN!
Let me just say first off that the location itself is very public transportation friendly, with plenty of parking along the streets. However it was my first time taking the Muni in SF so I had some trouble and was a tiny bit late. I called Kristin beforehand and she was very sweet about it and even thanked me for letting her know.
The moment I walked through her door she treated me as if we're old friends. Her place is small but cozy, and we chatted about everything while she gave me a medi-facial. Even though I was late she agreed to give me some brow touch-ups and even gave me a lip wax for free! (I guess my lips were in really bad shape).
At the end of the appointment she recommended some products for me to try at home, but she never tried to push me to buy it; she even acknowledged that some of these products were a little pricey. However I decided to give it a try and so far they have worked wonderfully!
All in all Kristin is a result-oriented esthetician, and she gives really good advice. She's also just a wonderful person and I cannot wait to go back and see her again! If you want to make an appointment I would suggest emailing her since she's the only one there and she doesn't answer the phone when she's with a client. She responds fairly quickly though so it's not a big deal. -

Love it! I have been going to Kristen for my facials for a while now. it is no surprise she has unanimous 5-star ratings. I just started seeing Dr. Lindsay Clark at Inspired for by botox and filler needs and I love her!!! It is nice to go to an intimate place and get the royal treatment and personal attention. They only see one client at a time. If you haven't already figured it out...I highly recommend it!

Kristin is AMAZING! Her spa is cozy and you get tons of personal attention to your skin. Facials with her are fantastic, but she also does a fabulous job on brows - who knew they could look so good? Her products get your skin glowing and they're the only thing that doesn't irritate my sensitive, gets-red-easily skin - I'm obsessed with how great they are.

I recommend Kristin to all my friends. I have been going to Inspired for 5+ months and have nothing but positive things to say. First, I do not have great skin. Unlike some other estheticians I have visited, Kristin does not make you feel bad about that - she is on your team! She customizes a facial and plan specific for you. In addition, she is totally results focused. If you have goals for your skin, Kristin is your girl! Finally, she is a magician with eyebrows. And... if you couldn't tell from the other reviews, she is just a wonderful person.

I definitely would recommend Kristin. She is full of energy, great laughs, and thorough knowledge of skin treatments and products. She never makes me feel bad for not always knowing what to do with my skin or having a disciplined regimen for taking care of my skin. After my first treatment, I kept on touching my face because I couldn't believe how good it felt! And, she always encourages honest feedback about her services and products. Also, her studio is great!

It's no wonder this place would be named Inspired Skin Care. From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. Not to mention the handwritten quotes on the window of the door. Kristin offered me cold passion lemonade in a crisp wine glass, which just added to the beautiful feeling I was having already being there just a few minutes. My facial began and I was swept away into another land far away from the daily grind of work and home. It's been a more than a few months since my last facial with her and coming back was like being in a dream. Sigh, why did I wait so long? Oh yeah, I was, dread the word, budgeting. Oh hell, I'm pregnant and I work hard, I deserve to get pampered. And that's what I got: pampered and I am dam proud of it. Kristin practically put me to sleep when she let this mask sit and she massaged my scalp. Amazing. My heart wilted after a few moments when she told me I was done. Can that 1 hour facial really have gone by so fast? Time flies when you're.. relaxing. We had the best conversation afterwards about love and life and I just feel so blessed to have her as my esthetician. And I love her products, I'm excited to try the shea butter I bought in hopes I won't get stretch marks as my tummy gets bigger.

I'm so glad I went to see Kristin at Inspired Skin Care. I must have walked past this place a million times on my way to the gym or grocery store and I'm so glad I finally decided to go see her. I saw Kristin for the first time last fall. On top of being fun to talk to, I left with skin that looked and felt better than it ever has in my entire life. Kristin's focus is on results and she will help you get them. She has an amazing knowledge of the products and is able to tailor the facial to your specific needs. If you need the services of a physician she is well connected to reputable professional that can help with botox, etc. I recently started getting my eyebrows done there as well, what was I waiting for? Fabulous!
