Insomnia Cookies

This was my second time going to insomnia cookie! It's a very small, but a cute place to get some extremely delicious cookies! I am hooked on their chocolate peanut butter cup cookie! One is just enough, they're served nice and warm, and melt right in your mouth.
Service is good, staff is friendly and quick!
They serve milk and water with cookies! What else can a person ask for! I'm a fan!

I couldn't remember how these cookies tasted! I've been going to another cookie spot! I got the chunky chocolate chip cookies and it was delicious! I had min with a huge glass of milk when I got home!

all these were delicious! i would get these flavors again!

smores- had awesome gooey chocolate and marshmallow chunks!

chocolate chunk- basic chocolate chip with huge gooey chocolate chips

m&m- always a good pick. def. good!

sugar- light and sweet just the way it should taste!

peanut butter chip- the chips were so creamy and peanutbuttery! love!

snickerdoodle- nice and sweet with the cinnamon. awesome!

white chocolate macadamia nut- creamy white chocolate and crunchy with the nuts. yum!

awesome cookies! i'll be back!

We get Insomnia all the time at work and they always deliver within an hour. I like the snickerdoodle and double chocolate chunk best, but in general I find that all of the cookies here are a little on the oily side. Still, they do the trick and I love that they are delivered warm. 3.5 stars.

Just the thing when you need a midnight, or post-midnight snack. Good dudes working here. Cookies are perfect, straight out the oven like a tiny, steaming pizza pie...with cookie dough...chocolate chips...and lots of sugar. Dangerous habit, tasty occasional indulgence.

It's National Cookie Day. Another fake food holiday to justify my nycfat behavior. You get a free chocolate chunk with any purchase. I decided to try the Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup Cookie ($3.48) apparently cookies have tax added now. This big-@$& cookie was buttery and flaky but overall I felt it was dry. I would have like it to have more candy bits. The chocolate chunk was smaller but much better. It oozing with warm melted chocolate. It also more moist and delicious.

The store is tiny with barely enough to get in the door with a person standing at the counter. The guy on staff was quite nice.

This place is pretty great. I was just visiting NYC and late after dinner one night, we needed something simple and sweet. Who can resist a freshly baked cookie?

No one.

Seriously, walking up to the store front -- you could already smell the sugar. The place was busy, people buying numbers of different kinds of cookies.

The cookie is a little more expensive then I would normally pay for a single cookie but I suppose you're paying for the experience. It's a unique service that I wish was found elsewhere as well.

I'd go again if I were in the neighborhood. They do deliver, but probably not across the country.

Sizable portion, great price, and easy ordering (get the app!) I also appreciate that the # of calories in each cookie is listed on the menu!

I was so excited to try insomnia cookies for the first time today and was rudely treated by the gentleman on the cash register, I wish they had name tags or gave me a receipt so I could report him.
The guy with a ponytail working the register really needs to check his nasty attitude, he lashed out on me for a mistake that he committed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE SPOKEN DOWN TO. This person should not be working in a place like this, after I left this place I could not eat those cookies because I was so upset at the horrible customer service.

I thought that my cookie was going to be amazing but they are just regular cookies. Good but nothing amazing...
I believe that the concept is what makes Insomnia cookies original. However, I am not sure that if I woke up at 2 am and would like to eat a cookie
Especially because I live in BK and the store is in the village. I rather go back to sleep than wait 30 min for a cookie.

This is one of our favorite cookie spots!!! The cookies were so tasty and moist and even lasted a couple days in the box and still tastes magnificent. We ordered one of each flavor (about 12 cookies total) and we were glad we did so we can pick favorites for next time (double chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, s'mores, M&M, etc.).

The location is set on a great, popular street, next to Saigon Shack, where we had lunch. This cookie place was the perfect spot to grab dessert. They offer drinks at this location too, including chocolate milk, etc. but we just bought a huge gallon of milk at a grocery store to help us devour these cookies.

My only complaint is the cashier at the time seemed awkward and acted as if he did not want to be there. He seemed very lazy and inconsiderate but we were glad we were able to get our cookies to go! There is absolutely no seating; they have a large ledge by the window where you can sit down but the delivery people usually stack their things there.

Dude, cookies as big as my face. The regular cookies are normal sized, but watch out for the deluxe ones.

Get the white chocolate macadamia! By far my favorite cookie of theirs. I also can't resist peanut butter cups so I would recommend the deluxe chocolate peanut butter cup, but be warned that it's ENORMOUS.

I've tried most of the cookies at Insomnia before and they're all pretty good. If you go to the store they're always warm and gooey, but it's a hit or miss with delivery. All the cookies are extremely sweet so I would recommend getting milk to wash down the cookies. It's a bit pricy in store ($3.25) but you won't regret that ice cold milk.

Keep in mind that these are still just cookies: you'd probably enjoy store bought cookies just as much and at a cheaper price. Nevertheless, Insomnia is good.

When you get these cookies, the cookies always come out warm which makes it an above average experience. The selection that they have in such a small place is pretty good. My favorite would have to be the white macadamia cookie. $9 for six cookies is pretty reasonable as well.

THIS PLACE IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. I ordered a large cookie platter via Seamless (YES IM ENORMOUS), waited 3 HOURS!!!, it did not come.....ever....did not arrive and not a single world from this awful establishment...THEN I processed a cancelation through Seamless - who of course need to call the business to confirm...AND INSOMNIA LIED AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY DELIVERED THE FOOD AND IT WAS ON TIME! SO NO REFUND ISSUED!

They should be ashamed. How dare they do this to someone in desperate need of cookies? A true example of cruelty and I will never ever let them fool me again.

Went here yesterday for the first time and was excited because of the good things I've heard about their cookies. That excitement quickly went away once I encountered the cashier with the curly hair and ponytail. By reading previous comments, I see that other people have had the same problem with him too. He was by far the rudest cashier I've come across. From the millisecond I walked in he had a nasty attitude. He'll talk down upon you even if HE makes a mistake. It's unfortunate because the cookies I had were delicious but luckily, there's other locations. I will not come to this location again as long as that scum is working there.

Not mind-blown cookies, but it does the trick when you want cookies and you don't wanna bake some. I only get chocolate chip or double chocolate so I can only speak for those. The cookies are soft, warm, and gooey. It goes perfectly with milk. Too bad they don't sell soy :(

The staff is friendly and really chill. They aren't allowed to sell broken cookies so they gave us a cookie that was split in half for free.

Best cookie ever in the lifetime of cookie eating?? No

But you have got to love a company that delivers warm, delicious and gooey cookies around the neighborhood! At $1.50 a regular cookie and $3 for special cookies, that is considered a steal.  I would happily pay that if I was ever craving a chocolate chunk cookie!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered cookies over two weeks ago and confirmed the order 3 separate times. Day of event, customer service calls me to inform me that they will be unable to deliver because we are out of their delivery range. Why wouldn't you have mentioned that any of the three times in called to confirm my order!? To add insult to injury, Instead of just sending someone to personally deliver the cookies, they offer no solution and didn't absolutely nothing to correct the mishap. Will absolutely never order from here for any event ever again. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I hear everyone raving about these awesome cookies so I decided to try one since I pass by the shop. The aroma of the shop made me want to eat their cookies already, haha. It's a really welcoming and warm smell that slaps you in the face once you walk in.

I tried the white chocolate macadamia cookie. It was very soft and SUPER sweet. Too sweet for my liking, but it was a good cookie. I don't think I could eat more than one cookie on my own. I had to share this one with my friend. Overall, the cookie was alright. It wasn't like AMAZINGGGG, but it was good/alright.

However, I think the idea of it opening/delivering until 3am. If I ever wanted some cookies in the middle of the night during finals week... I know where to go. :)
