Review from Bill H.

Eight buddies stayed and played golf four days. Just fantastic. They had tournaments in the morning so we had the courses to ourselves in the afternoon. Copperhead, Island - both great.
Only cons were the need for a shuttle bus to get you from the clubhouse to the range (Island) and the rooms were a little dated. Really not a big deal.
We had a great time and would book again. -

My cousin and several family members stayed here over the weekend. I did not book a room here but spent tons of time in many different rooms and all over the property.
If it weren't for the nasty ass out dated smelly rooms this place would be a 5. But since most people go to resorts and have to spend time in their rooms, you would think a resort that has security at the gate would be a whole lot nicer.
One room smelled of smoke sooooo bad.
The pool was SPECTACULAR though kids were just running everywhere, forget about enjoying the hot tub, as there were little kids in there as well even though there are signs that state it is not allowed.
The little market is extremely over priced, for 9 bottles of water, 4 bags of chips and several candy bars the bill was $50 dollars! No lie!
The property is nice, the staff is nice. I just wouldn't book here thinking you are getting a high end resort as that is soooo far from the case. -

SW is wrong. Bad customer service is THE standard.
I've been to Innisbrook before, and I attended meetings there. This time I was a so-called "guest."
I just left this property today, after spending five days there for a conference. Be warned: if you are considering other properties, take it from a former Tampa Bay resident of eight years, please go to those. There are far superior properties in the area (Saddlebrook, for starters).
A few bullet points:
*Innisbrook is located off the extremely unattractive US 19. The actual grounds are lovely, but that's where it ends. It's an ugly drive in, and an ugly drive out.
*The resort is extremely dated. They put about $26 million dollars into the common areas - two restaurants and a lobby area. Yes, attractive. They should have put that into the lodges. The suites are something straight out of a Golden Girls episode. The rooms are a bit musty as well.
*Getting anywhere you need to go and requiring a shuttle to get there-very inconvenient. (However, this isn't a complaint as this is a resort and they are set up that way. Rather, it's a warning to those who don't want to have to rely on shuttles to get anywhere).
*The largest pool, The Loch Ness, was closed early on a weekend day for a private party. It was nice, definitely NOT quiet nor peaceful. Very child-friendly. So we went to a smaller pool because of the early closing. Eh. It was ok. Small, indeed. The service was horrible at the cafe' located at the Loch Ness pool. I asked the guy for a smoothie and he looked at me liked I asked him to go to China for sushi. We had brought our towels with us from Loch Ness to the Copperhead pool and everyone asked us where we got them. Apparently they weren't providing towels at other pools.
*The one highlight of the entire resort is the Osprey restaurant and our server Daniel. Each night the meals were quite good and Daniel was excellent. Packard's, the steak restaurant was also good. A bit stuffier, but good all the same. There was an unfortunate incident with one of the meeting attendees having glass in her meal.
*The overall service was extremely poor. Despite knowing our group was coming, the staff was completely unprepared. Approximately fifty of our attendees waited hours for their room keys - after normal check-in time and were offered no refreshments or words other than "it'll be a few minutes and housekeeping doesn't have your room ready yet." Another attendee got to his room and it hadn't even been made up. The bed linens were not even changed.
*The meeting space is ample, however, it's dank and musty.
Overall the only reason you'd go there is to golf. And eat. And golf some more. So I suppose that for people who actually golf this place could work. But if you actually like good customer service and nice accommodations - go elsewhere. -

Stayed here in October 2008 for a Teacher Leadership training and was B.OR.E.D. out of my MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The place is LOVELY, but the food is terrible and there is NOTHING TO DO HERE!!
I mean, I realize it's a golf resort, but if you're going to rent it out for other events, have OTHER THINGS for your guests to do!!! -

This place is beautiful! The grounds are amazing. A pool at almost every building, and the main Lockness pool. The shuttle takes you all over the complex quickly. Packard Steakhouse was top notch. This place is expensive but worth the trip. I do not golf, but from what I hear it is great.
I would have given them 5 stars, but we had a terrible time with customer services, managers, and maid services. The first two days were tough due to the lack of customer services. I do not think the bad customers services is standard and might consider returning. -

Five buddies and I just got back from a 4 day golf trip at this resort. Our package included room, golf, breakfast and lunch. From the moment I booked it back in May to the end of our stay on Oct 10, the customer service was impeccable. The rooms were very clean and the food at all of the restaurants was very good. Packards Steakhouse on the grounds was one of the best steakhouses I have ever been to. Each of the four courses are top notch and very good tests of golf.
We've been doing these golf trips to different locations for 10 years and have never repeated a location. We all agreed that if we returned to Innisbrook next year it would be well worth it. -

Great resort with a multimillion renovated Lochness Monster Pool. ITs so much fun!! the resort encompasses 900acres of land including 4 top rated golf courses that get played by the PGA Tournament. Every room has the signature Westin Heavenly beds and you get a guestroom or suite. Really recommend this place. Lots of events are held here too (lots of sr. breakfasts, etc)

These people really stepped in and helped us fix another companies booking issue. They did a great job making us feel at home comfortable and relaxed, great POOLS(there are like 5) shuttle service, all staff well versed with everything going on in resort. 6 STARS if i could.
