i was really attached to desert song yoga for a while as i am taking prenatal classes...but being that it is so far from where i live i started looking for a closer studio. i tried out inner vision yoga after reading a few reviews and i'm so glad i did. this is now my next favorite. i've taken both their prental classes at night on wednesdays and prenatal classes around noon on saturdays. i prefer the night classes because it's a great wind down class right before bed and there are a lot less people. i went to one class on saturday where it was so crowded that our arms were touching every time we stretched out. it was still a great class, but i prefer a little more room. :)
the prenatal instructors are wonderful! i really like april's classes wednesday night. it's a mixture of just enough workout to keep you moving with some relaxation mixed in. it's an absolute treat to come to class. a great way to restore your energy and feel good about yourself.
their merchandise selection is great. yoga clothes is expensive to begin with, but they carry really great items. they have decent sales too and you can do packages for prenatal that are really worth it. i hope that once my baby's here i can come back for baby and me classes or that i'll have the time to go back to basics classes. the staff is really friendly and you feel like you're a part of a really caring community when youre there. i really like this studio.
I tried out Inner Vision when I was home for the holidays and I was very impressed. I went to a 7am heated class with Josh. The class style was similar to the traditional Bikram sequence, but the room wasn't quiet as hot. Josh was an excellent teacher - very grounded, and calming with a soothing voice. The class was small, only 6 or so people, and the studio was clean and tranquil. I would recommend the new student deal for anyone curious to try it out. I hope to go back whenever I am in Arizona again!

This was my first time yoga experience and I liked this studio a lot. It was recently reopened after a renovation and currently they're running a special "All the classes you want in April for $80!", which is a very nice deal if you want to check out different classes and see different teachers in order to find your favorite one.
I'm not one of the people who will ever say that yoga altered my life and changed it drastically. I enjoy doing yoga, but I also think that leaving your shoes outside of the room and walking barefoot is not very hygienic, especially when I see that some people have dirty feet. Yes, I can be a little bit annoying ;) but hey, show me a perfect person!
As I mentioned above, I visited 3 different classes with 3 different teachers. 1st one was Level 1 with Betsy Andrade; she's a very nice woman with such a beautiful voice, but for me the pace was too slow. Next class was Level 1-2 with Aaron Goldberg, who is a co-owner of Inner Vision Yoga studio. I wasn't ready for that class yet but I will consider it for the future if I continue doing yoga. The last one was Level 1 with Patricia, which I liked the most. The pace was just right and she's such an energetic lovely girl! So far, she is my favorite!
I liked that they have different yoga classes running from early morning to late evening, so they can accommodate anybody's schedule. Also, they have approximately 20 different teachers = you have a great chance to find the one you will like.

This is my favorite yoga studio of the Valley. Worth the drive down to Chandler. Not at all trendy. The teachers here are fantastic and down to earth. The prices are reasonable. I prefer the atmosphere of this studio to At One. I feel the classes at Inner Vision are much more connected to what yoga is all about. All the teachers are great, but Kat is my favorite.
