The room was nice and clean, the bed was perfect.

The location is weird and the restaurant is limited and has very poor service. This hotel is basically in a mall, and the area is pretty dead. There is only one other restaurant in the mall, and it's hard to find if you don't know what you're doing. The hotel had no gift shop, and we didn't have a car, so getting the mile down the road to a drug store was not easy.

I would stay here again, if I had a car, and needed to be in the area. Otherwise, I would recommend staying downtown instead. The hotels by the inner harbor are more expensive, and there's a good reason why -- they're by a lot more neat stuff, in a more fun area.

I chose to stay at the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys because it is just a few minutes away from my friend's home. I wasn't overly impressed with the hotel, but it's your typical Radisson at an average price ($139/night). The rooms aren't anything spectacular, but they are pretty large. The people who work at the hotel are nice and friendly, but they don't go out of their way for you like they do at some nicer hotels. I did notice that it's next to some nice restaurants and the red door spa, which I would have checked out if I was staying in the area longer.  My stay at this hotel was very convenient, but if I was staying in Baltimore for a longer period of time I would probably choose another hotel.
