I periodically stop in Ink when I am in that area and I am always glad I do. Their drinks are always good tasting and made with style.
I'd seen coworkers roaming around with Ink! cups (seriously, don't they have work to do?), so I didn't panic when I realized I had failed to bring coffee with me from home. I pulled into the parking lot, and had to debate as to whether they were open yet or not; the open sign was on, but there was nobody inside and the space didn't look lit.
Long story short, they were open. I walked in, ordered my drink, and was on my way in no time. Of course, I suppose it helped that I was the only customer there. They were a little more pricey than I was expecting, but I'm comforted with the fact that they aren't one of the national/ international chains.

I've been looking for the perfect tamper for my espresso machine to no avail. I came across INK while Googling coffee and it sounded like a place I should try. A Cafe Americano is my drink of choice and the X-large I had here was good. It's nice to see a drink actually being made by a person and not pumped out of a fully automatic machine. When I can, I try to give my money to the small coffee establishments around town. Ink's is a chain but at least they aren't the almighty on every corner McDonald's of coffee. ( I ended up picking up just an okay tamper at Williams-Sonoma at Flatirons. Oh well.)
THEY JUST GOT WIFI, so that completes their evelution into this century. Nice coffee shop. Sometime the staff is young and doesn't get good crema, sometimes they're grumpy. They need to re-feng shui their layout - ti doesn't work. Nice little patio with a view of Kinkos.
Oh man. If you haven't had their black and white (regular or blended) you are missing out. This is the greatest foo-foo coffee drink ever created. Hmm, now that I think of it, I'm not sure I've ever had their regular coffee. The black and whites are too damn good to pass up when you're here.
