These guys called before arriving, showed up 10 minutes early, got to work, and never stopped moving until our 24' UHaul truck was completely unloaded and everything was in the correct location in our house. We just moved from Oakland, CA, and the movers we'd hired there did a pretty odd job of packing the truck. Our Infinity movers were pretty amazed, actually, at the lack of experience those guys had.
Rachel called from the office the day before to confirm the time and date, which put us at ease.
Moving is never inexpensive but the Infinity is pretty reasonable and well worth every penny we spent. They are true professionals. -

My husband and I used this moving service a year ago and were very impressed so we hired them again about a month ago. They arrived early, were efficient, took amazing care of our property and were friendly. Mark and Ben took care of us this last move and I would absolutely request them again for our next move. They are fairly priced and there is no other moving company to use, period.

Excellent customer service. I contacted Rachel at Infinity Moving and booked them to move us out of our 2/2 condo to a 4/3 house on the south side of town. I looked into more than half a dozen moving companies, and they had the best pricing and highest reviews.
On the day of the move, two guys arrived on time and moved very quickly. They were extremely pleasant to boot. We had a minor accident when the movers dropped a detachable piece of the breakfast table on the ground, denting the corner. The accident was really our fault, mainly because the detachable part is seamless and undetectable to the naked eye. We should have told them that the piece comes off. However, the day of the move, the owner contacted us and they were super quick to get it repaired at no cost.

Do yourself a favor and ALWAYS use these guys for a move. They moved me a couple of months ago - last minute, on a Sunday, for way cheaper than any of the other guys I called quoted. Rachel was incredibly attentive, and the move itself went as smooth as anyone could hope for.

These guys are awesome! First, when you call to schedule a move, you're most likely to get the owner and one of his employees. NO ILLEGAL, NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING IMMIGRANTS!!! I scheduled them to move me recently. They called in advance to let us know they were on their way, and showed up right on time! They were incredibly polite, and got right to work getting things loaded on the trailer. The two guys at my house (can't remember their names) got things done really, REALLY quick.
When we moved the furniture to my new house, they navigated the ridiculously steep driveway and staircase leading to our front door. There was one issue w/ a piece of furniture, which required them traverse a 5' drop over a rock wall, down a slope, then down a 15' loose rock embankment, through a gate, up a twisting set of stairs, and into some double doors. Not a single negative comment, complaint or protestation from either guy. They jumped on it w/o me having to beg or cajole.
What impressed me most was the extra care they both took to make sure none of the furniture was damaged. They managed to carry that heavy piece of mission impossible furniture through all of those obstacles w/o it literally touching ANYTHING. If I could give 6-stars, I would. These guys were that good! -

I received a recommendation for Infinity Movers from a coworker, who was really happy with their services. Setting up my moving day appointment was quick and easy--I filled out the online form and Rachel called very soon after to finalize the details.
On moving day, Ben called about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to let me know they were on their way and would be there at 9:00. Ben and his partner (I can't remember his name--sorry!) were friendly, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. I have several antique and family pieces and I didn't feel worried at all that something was going to be damaged. They unhooked our washer and dryer as well, since we didn't have the tools to do that. Once we arrived at the new place, they carefully unloaded everything and put the items exactly where we wanted them. They even moved a few things from our garage into the upstairs bedroom.
All in all, I was super pleased with both the service and price that I received from Infinity Moving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning to move! -

I just used Infinity for the second time this past weekend. I had a small move so they did it itemized for me as this was cheaper than paying per hour.
The moving day the guys showed up on time and loaded everything carefully and quickly. I only moved 1 mile from my previous residence so the drive time did not take long. All in all, a move that was estimated to take approx 2 hours took 1 hour! They did a great job and placed everything where I wanted it.
I would recommend Infinity to anyone moving around Austin! -

Closing never happens as it is originally planned! So having to find movers at the last minute, more like 12 hr. turn around plus a holiday weekend, is hard to do! Thankfully I found Infinity moving! Customer service was excellent, quoted me $100 cheaper than original movers. These guys were on time, respectful, friendly and hard workers! They took care of all the furniture plus a couple of heavy boxes and finished in a timely manner. Moving is NEVER fun and always stressful. These guys made it easy and pleasant. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I literally made a Yelp page just to review Infinity Moving company. I moved from one centrally located apartment to another centrally located apartment, as did my sister (we were roommates, now no more). The two guys (brothers, as this is a family company) moved all of our stuff in under 2 hours. They have a flat gas rate for the entire time. So, our total was less than $190 if I remember correctly. They got a huge tip, though, for their friendliness, their efficiency, and hard work.
I would definitely use them again. -

I'm new in town so of course, I turned to the internet for my research on the most economical and ethical movers here in Austin. I ended up researching 24 companies.
My strategies were based on their Yelp review having 3.5 stars or more stars (with no more than 3- 1 star reviews), City Search reviews having 3.5 stars or more (with no more than 3- 1 start reviews) and whether they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau which they had to have at least an "A".
As I used the process of elimination, I looked at other people's reviews as to why that person gave that company a low score. Some of these companies really showed a trend as to sweet talking you during the quoting process but then end up somehow raising the price in the end or not keeping their time of appointment.
Finally, I chose Infinity Moving. Not only were they so ridiculously easy to deal with, Rachel in the office was so nice as well! And her husband Ben and his brother Isaiah, were the nicest gentlemen I have ever met thus far, here in Texas. Both Rachel and Ben were even helping me try to save money! Now who finds that in a mover!!!
If you read my other postings, I am very critical of companies as I work in a hospital where there are no excuses for poor service! Feel free to message me if you have any questions but I will tell you right now that working with Rachel, Ben and Isaiah will be the easiest and best moving experience you will ever have in your life!!! -

I would definitely hire them again! We move a lot for our jobs and I think that this company is the best we've used. On moving day, I actually appreciate it when a crew is a little bit late- I'm never ready. Ben and Elijah contacted me many times during the day before arriving 3 hours late. I would have been annoyed, but because they were SO GOOD at communicating with me, it was fine... it just meant I could have a relaxing lunch after racing around packing for a couple of days. They also gave us a discount because they were late.
To summarize: their prices were competitive with other movers in Austin and their service was GREAT. I would definitely recommend them! -

I am absolutely satisfied with the exceptional service that I got from Infinity moving and would recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 star-plus company.
I looked into many other moving companies and found that Infinity had the best reviews, rates and customer service. My husband and I had a terrible experience on our last move and were extremely concerned about moving again. However, Rachel, the co-owner of Infinity Moving, was such a pleasure to talk to and handled our trepidation with patience and sincerity. She thoroughly explained our options and pricing, answered all of my questions and called a day before to confirm our move, which was thoughtful.
The crew showed up on time, were a delight to meet, and went straight to work. We own a lot of high end large, delicate furniture which required extra cushion and forethought. The crew disassembled and assembled everything and made sure to pack the truck strategically and cautiously. I appreciated the communication they kept with me during the entire process. Since a lot of our furniture was delicate and couldn't be stacked, the crew suggested making 3 trips to ensure the safety of my furniture rather than shove it all into 2 trips for the sake of time. The men handled all of our belongings, both large and small, with care and absolutely made the right decision. I appreciated their effort to talk over the options with me, which proved that they are honest workers with translucent prices, no hidden fees, and had my best interest in mind. They worked extremely hard until the job was done and paid special attention to the labeling on each box of how to handle it and which room it was to be delivered.
I can't express how impressed I was with their honest, hard working crew. They will from here out be my only call if I need to move again. -

Infinity moving kick ass! They're like hooking up with an ex: in and out in an hour and have you feeling great until you realize what you've done (unpacking). Really though. Quick and cheap-always good qualities in me...overs.

Friendly, fast, efficient, and careful. What else do you need for your moving?
I moved last July 20th from downtown Austin to North-West Austin. I budgeted a few moving companies and Infinity was among the less expensive. On top of that I was amused by their good reviews.
The guys are truly fantastic. They arrived exactly at the arranged time. They moved my house in about 6 hours, even though I was expecting no less than 8 hours of work. They were careful with all my belonging, and they were friendly and professional.
I am a professor at UT and I have very high standards when paying for a service. This company was way above my standards. And I am pretty sure they will also be above your standards.
If you are looking for a great moving company in Austin, get Infinity. You will not regret

Very professional, and great at their job. They ran a couple hours late but for good reason and gave me a 10% discount because of it. It was a four-location move, and it went seamlessly. Every person on the team was good and pulled their weight. They brought plenty of moving blankets and made sure my furniture was protected - not a ding in a single item. Very up-front - no hidden costs. Very courteous and careful. Just all-around great movers.

I've used 4-5 different moving companies in Austin over the past 10 years for both my home and business. Infinity moving will be my only call from now on and my only referral to friends and family. Ben and staff are great and you will feel like you have known them your whole life. My parents had a pretty large move last year and had used Infinity to help them with their move. They had nothing but great things to say about them when I needed a recommendation. There are a lot of moving companies in Austin, but save yourself the time, stress, and other headaches by calling this company.

These guys are awesome. Quality - done fast, and done right. They moved my wife and I from a small 1 bedroom condo to our new home across town. A friend of mine used them and referred them to me. They were very professional and courteous and great to work with. They were very efficient also, which was great because the charge was hourly. They also, per my request because we wanted to keep our new carpet looking new, laid down plastic over the carpet and stairs during the move. Where they really scored with me though was, instead of just moving our bed and leaving it in the room for us to setup later, they took the time to setup our bed exactly how it was setup in the old house. That made all the difference because the last thing you want to worry about after a long day of moving is setting up your bed so you can sleep. It's 5 stars for me and I will definitely be using them again.

Originally I got the recommendation from my sister so I used them for a small move today. I like them because they will charge by the job or hour. They were hard workers and took great care of our items.
