Indoor Garden Depot

Absolutely the best customer service of any grow shop I have been to. The manager actually came out from behind the sales counter onto the sales floor to help me.....amazing. Thanks to 10 years of piss poor customer service at American Agriculture I have found my new grow shop supply store. Prices weren't as good but very close to what I'm used to paying and they worked with me on prices too. It will be worth it not having to drive to Portland. Not to mention these guys seemed to enjoy there jobs and treated me like they were happy I was shopping at they're store. American Agriculture and the complete lack of customer service has gained Indoor Garden Depot a new customer. I will encourage all my friends to check them out. They had every product I needed in stock also which was very refreshing. Happy happy happy with this place.

Do not bother. Have a lot of overpriced shit and have the nerve to try to sell me the crappy brands they carry after I ask for something else. Not time to help find the item every other store has so yeah the adventure today was interesting but typical vancouver crappy business. Had to get some pots and the bro working the counter dropped them all then could not even bother to help pick up. Such laziness and incompetence and i was high so just can not imagine how bad it is sober. Go anywhere else and it will be cheaper and you will get better service. First hydro store I have ever been to that offered no discount and I have done this for 12 years.. total joke an just another front of a store for something else
