You get what you pay for. This is why William Shatner should get beaten.. I pricelined a resort in Palm Springs thinking "how bad could a resort be?" and ended up with this place. Well, after 2 sleepless nights, I'm ready to go.. Unfortunately, my girlfriend is capable of sleeping through the noise thats been coming through the room above us since 5am so now I have to wait until she's ready.

The pool is nice.. The lobby looks good. The bartender and half the staff are quite friendly. The elevators and bathrooms and little other features all seem to have been overlooked as you can tell by the dirt or markings.

Honestly, travellodge is a more enjoyable sleep than this place.

If you must come here, get a 1bedroom room on the third (highest) floor.

Just spent 4 days in PD. This place has seen better days. The carpets are stained, the room furnishings dated, and the beds uncomfortable. The place was also Crawling with loud kids. And the room service food was just passable (think Norm's or Denny's). However for the price ($51 per nite,) you get free breakfast buffet every morning, free valet parking and access to a great pool. The staff are Super Friendly. BTW the air conditioner in my room sounded like a soda can was falling thru a machine, every 15 minutes all nite long. for a long stay it's economical, but for an Enjoyable stay try the Renaissance Esmeralda across the street.

I booked my room last minute, and paid $55 per night (week night).  For that low of a rate in Palm Springs, you can only expect that the property is clearly not in its prime.  In my opinion, it's a bit out of the way, but if you're just looking for some solitude and some pool time to dry out, then it's perfect.  The pool is definitely the best feature.  Rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly.

You can hear every single footstep that person or persons above you make. Anything spoken louder than a whisper can easily be heard through the walls. I would only recommend this place to people who are capable of sleeping through thunderstorms and passing freight trains.
