Had lunch here recently. I've never heard of Inca - they are a small chain with locations primarily in the State of Washington and one in Fort Collins, CO.
They have a staggeringly long menu - to long in fact, I could not make up my mind. I ended up ordering the Nachos for lunch - which was a ridiculous amount of food. I could only eat about a third of the entire plate of Nachos - I hate wasting food and I could not take the leftovers with us.
It really is a plate of Nachos to share with 2-3 other people. The Nachos themselves were very good - lots of meat, some beans, delicious cheese, jalapenos, salsa, gaucamole, sour cream, onions, and more! Mmmmmmmm!
Everyone else in our party enjoyed their entrees as well.
