I came to Eastridge for the Harry Potter book release Friday. Bored, and sort of restless -- my friend Sarah and I walked out of B&N to run into this booth.
It was such a curious looking stand .. we noticed it right away. There were four huge colorful machines, with a bunch of teenagers loitering around. Sarah and I went to take a look and we were hooked!
I swear, technology is taking over the world (not that I'm complaining). You stick your hand into a machine ... (drum roll please) and it gives you a manicure!
There are over a thousand designs to pick from. You can even take a picture of yourself and put it on your nail.
How fabulous, right?
A regular manicure costs you about $25.
You can get a machine to do it for you for $10.
Or each nail individually for $2.
It was a fun experience, the owner/employee was really nice. It's such a commodity -- you should try it out for fun if anything. And if not, bring your nieces, daughters, younger sisters -- they'll be sure to LOVE it.
Machines, machines, machines!
