I live in Austin TX and I STILL use Clyde's services virtually because I trust him and know that he is going to steer me in the right direction! I am happy to recommend him and his team to anyone who needs computer help!
Even technology savvy people suffer from occasional technology hassles. That's when it's great to be a client of In The Moment Computing.
Clyde Lerner does an amazing job of creating order out of technology chaos. He's like a personal organizer for your home or small business network and computers. After a visit from Clyde it feels like you've done "Spring Cleaning" throughout your network.
He recommends helpful up to date tools and software that he believes are beneficial for your systems and networks. If you're in the market for new technology or want a second opinion before you buy something new, check in with Clyde.
Clyde Lerner and In the Moment Computing have helped more of my friends recover from computer crashes, software emergencies, and technology mayhem than anybody I know. Clyde is someone you need to have in your rolodex... if something awful happens with your computer - his calm reassuring style will help you catch your breath & see things from a better perspective. I have seen him recover data that others thought impossible. If you want to feel like "everything was tried" - you need to call Clyde.
But! You should really call ITM Computing BEFORE the stuff hits the fan.
What I love the MOST about Clyde is his proactive nature. He is on a rampage to get the world backed up... So much of our business value these days lies in our intellectual property... and so much of that value is buried on our hard drives (and who has only one these days?). You owe it to yourself (and your data, music, files, and business) to have a consultation with Clyde to implement proactive maintenance on your technology setup BEFORE something happens!
In The Moment computing is a very professional and knowledgeable organization. The team set up my new PC as well as took over my website hosting and management. I trust ITM to be there when I call, they have addressed any questions I have and provided onsite as well as remote support in a timely manner. I have recommended ITM to my friends and colleagues for there office solutions support!
It's been a week since Clyde worked with me to backup the info stored on my computer, so I apologize to Clyde for not getting this out sooner.
To those of you out there who have ever lost info on your computer, you know important it is to have backup. Well, thanks to Clyde, I now feel assured that everything I'm working on is being backed up. But, it was the ease and simplicity of the process that made me very happy. It took less then 1/2 hour to work through the whole process (the initial backing up takes a few hours, but after that, just a few minutes). Clyde explained everything he was doing as I watched him maneuver through the process on my computer.

Clyde and his team at In the Moment Computing are great resources. I have used them several times to help me resolve my computer issues. I have also recommended them to clients. We have all appreciated their ability to help us solve difficult and often very frustrating problems.
Thank goodness there are people like Clyde who can get a sole proprietor up and running again!

I highly recommend Clyde Lerner of ITM Computing for the wonderful work he does on my home network.
He has been my support person for the last year or so, and I am incredibly grateful for his services. Here are just some of the things he's done: getting my email to download to two computers; getting Outlook Express to not cause my laptop to crash; switching my DSL to a faster service and troubleshooting when there were problems with the new service.
Clyde is a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable, resourceful, efficient and responsive. He's also funny and friendly. But the most important thing for me is his commitment to fixing the problems. Definitely not what you would get from your average computer repair store or from your average independent consultant.
If you have computer problems and are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable person to help you, talk to Clyde.

I suffered a hard disc drive crash, and being a computer novice, didn't know what to do. Turns out, calling ITM is all that I needed to do. They helped capture most of my information, set up my new computer, and put safeguards in place to make sure that I never have that extreme of an issue again. I feel so much better knowing that I have this resource to call on. ITM is a life saver, that is for sure!!
I had a friend set up my office work-group and I had been the IT person for it and managing the work-group for a couple years. Once we got up to 6 computers and 3 networked programs we started to have some problems. I should say that I am a pastry chef, not a computer person. I needed help and fast. I was loosing connections among other things.... like my mind every time someone would say, my computer won't....
I met Clyde and he sent me one of his service techs. Within 10 minutes he assessed my work-group and complemented me on keeping it together. He cleaned it up and got all computers linked, the programs are running flawlessly.
Another nice thing is that he was not patronizing. Have you ever gone to the "Genius Bar" in an Apple Store, they should call it an idiot bar, ...anyways, I was treated with respect and educated on not only what was going on, but advised as to what is causing problems, what could cause a problem and what can be done better.

This is a great company which helps people like me out - I don't know much about computers and Clyde helped with my list of things I wanted and needed and added some things that have made my life easier. My printer wouldn't print, I needed help with some email issues and we made some improvements that sped up my computer. Clyde was punctual and professional. I'd highly recommend him.

I can't say enough positive things about Clyde and the ITM Computing staff. When I first went to them, I was desperate for someone to provide maintenance for my computer. I had no idea how much support I truly needed. Every step of the way, Clyde and his staff have helped me. They always make me feel like I am the most important customer, even though I am just an individual. They constantly go above and beyond the norm and are truly dedicated. They stand behind their work 100% and are completely committed to the customer's happiness. They will always go the extra mile.
I am constantly asking silly questions and freaking out when things go awry. ITM is consistently there to advise me. They are patient, professional, and very personal. I couldn't imagine working with a better company. I feel so lucky to have found them.
