Such an easy process! I called at 10am and by 3pm, Ben was here to help. He quickly identified the problem and fixed our blown outlet with no issues. He was friendly and professional and explained everything clearly, so we felt confident and informed.

We'll definitely call them again for more work around our house!

Sure hate to leave a review like this but I feel compelled to share my experience. I reached out via email to schedule an appointment and Laurie responded. Honestly, it's because of Laurie I decided to go with a different electrician. Laurie was quick to schedule my appointment but then no one showed up. Nobody reached out to tell me the appointment was canceled, so I reached out to see what was going on. No response. The next day, Laurie emails to schedule an appointment as if nothing ever happened. There was no apology or explanation, just a new day and time. Within an hour, I get a call from the electrician saying he's in my area even though my appointment is for tomorrow. He came back as scheduled and provided a quote that was way too high.

I take great offense to my time being wasted and this company just seems to be chaotically unorganized. As I said, I went with a different electrician who was straight forward, kept our appointment, and did high quality work for a reasonable cost.

Ben and Anthony respond super quick to my call answered all my questions patiently.
They got me on schedule for the next day .
This time they upgraded my main electrical box since I'm adding solar and car charger .
Again they work quick clean and I feel they respect my home like theirs .

Great work today from Anthony and Rob. Anthony gave us an estimate and was able to do the work all in the same day. They installed a number of fixtures and outdoor lights for us. And they did a great job covering up all areas before the work was done and cleaning up after.

I picked out In-N-Out Electrical Service because I'd read a lot of great reviews of them (right here on Yelp) and it turned out to be a very good move. Ben, the electrician who picked up the phone when I called, was professional and quickly set up a next day appointment to take care of a blown breaker on my electrical panel, a dead GFCI outlet, wiring up a Ring doorbell to an electrical source and replacing an in-wall timer for a fan.

Anthony and Henry showed up at about an hour plus into a four-hour window (I do wish contractors would not give themselves such big windows). Anthony walked through and looked at all the issues with me and gave me a quote. It was reasonable, but not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They got straight to work and Anthony checked in with me regularly through the process, pointing out a few things they could improve in the design of the panel. They finished pretty quickly, considering how much they had to do, and cleaned up after themselves--I didn't notice even a scrap of wire or other material. They even sealed up two of the outdoor items with silicon without being asked. I thought that was a pro move.

Overall, Anthony was super professional, friendly and informative. I will definitely call them next time I have electrical needs.

These guys are very professional and extremely good at what they do! The guys that to my house couldn't of been nicer. I Will keep using them for as long as they are in business
