In-N-Out Burger

I had problems in the parking lot. No help from the employees. Ok placed my order, it was wrong so I feed it to the dog. Let's say it wasn't pretty for the rest of the afternoon. If the question if you are IN or OUT? I'm OUT

Quick and friendly service, a clean indoor area, and great at handling gluten allergies! Appreciate their knowledge of allergen handling at check out and in the kitchen. Well done fries were actually well done, and my lunch hit the spot!

my boyfriend & i ordered some food through the drive through had 2 people repeat the order (the person who placed it & the person who charged me for the order). picture my surprise when we get home & see we brought home two burgers that were made totally wrong! we both have dietary restrictions so we both couldn't eat them. how do you make burgers all day long & you can't read what your customer is asking for?! just plain stupidity.

i will be disputing this with my bank immediately.

Probably the smallest in n out burger lol. They're extremely efficient and unlike any other locations. The lines are not packed and their customer service is on par or even better than the rest.

It's one of the smallest in n outs. So the parking is exactly the same. Not very many places to park. But it's all good!

I can't say anything better for this location. Not too far off el Camino. Truly a hidden gem.

I have never been to this Mountain View in an out before and the driveway was a bit confusing for me so I parked in some private business parking lot trying to go into the drive-through line but we were able to walk across the parking lot and order inside. I'm sure ordering inside is always faster, and the food was fresh and hot! I also found it, highly hilarious and interesting that the gentleman calling out the orders had an amazing Barry white style voice that sounded perfect for an auction or anything without a megaphone! He was incredibly friendly sounding, but a very deep, booming voice, and perfect for calling out the food as well as numbers without a microphone!

Everyone was friendly and polite while my son and I ordered lunch during this weekday with a bunch of construction workers behind us, as well as in front of us! Lol will be back! Hopefully the next time I'll find out where the drive-through actually is! Lol

Near the Google complex - your probably here before a concert. Great place as to be expected.

My order was perfect as expected. The beef is so small I would suggest anybody at least get a double meat. Thats what I suggest to all people new to the chain from the east coast.

An incredible value. If the drive thru line is any indication of supply and demand I think they should increase their prices.

Some Google bikes from some smart concert goers nearby. Nothing wrong with being resourceful. I'm sure Google has tracking devices and people hired to collect them at the end of the day.

If memory is right the only thing I saw that could use improvement was the faucet in the mens bathroom. Sprays out instead of down and the water shoots out with a bit too much vigor to be trusted with the general public.

I like to sit next to the soda fountain machine - at least until I get my order. Sit close so you can hear your number easily.

I've said it before - avoid this place during rush hours and weekends. Go during less popular times if you have a choice. If you get into a long line - expect a wait. Rather find an eating establishment that isn't as value oriented to avoid all the bargain hunters.

The fries are all cooked in sunflower oil so they are halal. Meat is not halal.

Really enjoyed the animal style fries made with melted cheese and fried caramely onions. My friend tried their cheeseburger and liked it. Portion sizes are huge.

Service is excellent. Some wait is expected. Nice, spirited ambience.

The consistency of In-N-Out is hard to beat. I've only ever been through the drive through but this one is VERY efficient. Only problem I have with this is that it shares a parking lot with another business and the line ends up getting very confusing with people coming from both sides of the parking lot. But ultimately, I'm realizing that In-N-Out drive throughs are going to be very difficult to maneuver because of how popular they are. Luckily there is a staff member outside taking orders and ensuring the line runs smoothly.

This is a great In n out , okay I know they all have great staff , that seem they are having fun not working , but this one is that plus. The staff is always great , quick to keep the drive thru line moving in a friendly way. The food is always served quickly , little quicker than others I've been to. Now as for the food , it is the same all locations so if you like this type of place you know always consistent.
One down side is traffic , yes all have the issue , but this one is a little more awkward as you can only enter drive through by one entrance. But all and all solid 5 star
