They should keep their commitments as customers rely on them. Not very trustworthy. I'm so very disappointed. And I regret recommending them to friends. Of course I called back my friends to caution them about using this company. We have to make other arrangements and incurred more expenses as we are from another state. The worse is not getting any type of communication from them knowing that we had a specific window to get the love done.

After all is said and done as we've continued to unpack and assess damages and other concerns. We're not pleased with the outcome of our last months out of state move. Chicago to Jacksonville, Fl. Reason being. Several items including furniture, damaged! NO ETA until the last minute!
Which left us scrambling with our Mgt Co. & address. It appeared that communication was lacking between workers/packers and office personnel during the day of the major move out. That second day of our move out had been anticipated as we had spelled every detail out along with the number of boxes. After we finished opening boxes and unwrapping items we were horrified with the damage. Also, discovered a boxed item which belongs to another address. Also, two rugs and cabinet items which do not belong to us.
However, their workers were fast and took direction well. However, sloppy! Office personnel needed to step in with necessary second day of packing for workers to respond accordingly with our agreement and expectations. Yes, we're comparing with prior moves of ours.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I was supposed to use in & out moving to relocate me out of town from Chicago! However, at the last minute they canceled on me 2 days before my move. I could never be more upset! I was pissed off and stressed out at the same time. I booked this company through a vendor called imoving.com. Stay away from these company's that use vendors including in & out! Bad for business!

Navis Pack and Ship in Downers Grove provided me with excellent service. I had a very fragile painting that need to be shipped across country. they made a special crate, communicated with me, tracked the shipment, and it arrived safely and in perfect shape at the destination. 5 Star service.

Ruined some of our furniture in a move, and refuse to accept responsibility. Wanted pictures of the van as it was loaded with timestamps. Why would we do that, we trusted you?!

This is my first time ever writing a review but I am SO angry with what happened that it warranted being posted on here so everyone can AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Please heed my warning as I should have when I read all of the negative reviews on here originally.
I had been speaking to a woman named Megan in the sales department for almost 2 months leading up to my move. She told me that my stuff was guaranteed to be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. I have this in writing from her. She understood that I would be starting a job a few days after my move date so would not be available to let the movers after that.
About 7 days before the move, I called to ask for a more exact date of when my things would be arriving in Philadelphia based off of the pick up time. A man named Jonathan (the moving manager) called and said that my things would not get to my new building for 21 business days. I had originally been told that it was 2 to 3 days but he told me I had misunderstood and that I'd made all of this information up. He was one of the most rude people I've ever spoken to from the second he and I got on the phone. I cannot begin to describe how horrible this felt...I was days away from an out-of-state move and now I was being told that my stuff would not arrive until almost a month after pick up.

when you have high volume customer you need enough people to help customers waiting to get a van one hour on line they have 5 station only two people working and they are acting like not a big deal the worst uhaul location ever

they are scammers. they will give you a price to move you, and then will show up and double said price, giving you 0 options other then to agree to the price. I don't understand how they are still in business. please dont use this company.

I would never in a million years thought these guys would break my 55 inch flat screen tv I paid my hard earned money and these fools broke my stuff soon as I turned my tv on and saw they broke it i immediately called the mover and told him he said he was going to have someone call me which they didn't I called and left a voicemail for someone to call me so the lady calls and I tell her she goes the guy told them he didn't transport my TVs which they did then now they saying the TVs wasn't on which they was I highly doubt I'll lie about my TVs mind you this the tv that goes in my front room I'm so upset $400 just gone down the drain then they have me do some claim I do it now it's gon take 4-8 weeks probably longer to get my money if you want broken objects hire these people cause this crazy they not trained on properly moving stuff
update the TVs was not loaded into my car per my request the mover came back to my house afterwards to deliver my other items which he could've done the same for my TVs if that was the caseHelpful 3Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

We take pride in our work and feel that your TV would have been delivered intact if the delivery would have been finalized by our crew. Your 3 TV's were loaded at your request in the trunk of your car so we could not verify the condition of your items once you arrived at your new residence. Nonetheless we like to go above and beyond and we are trying to help you get compensated for your loss, but in order to do that you have to allow the claim company to evaluate your claim and offer you the proper settlement amount. Please rest assured that your concerns have been heard and we are doing everything possible to expedite the claim process.
