I came here today out of the blue to get my nails done and usually, im a little iffy getting manicures at places that do both "Hair and Nails".  Its not the cleanest place ive been to but its not the dirtiest either.  Came in around 530 and i was helped immediately by a lady named Anna.  She sits at the first station on the left and she was really nice.  Chatted as she filed away about school, boyfriend, work, etc.  Used this really cool peppermint lotion for the massage which she DID NOT skimp on; it was really nice actually.  10 for manicure.  Not bad.  

In the same plaza as Longs Drugs and Safeway so lots of parking.  I took off a star because the tools she used didnt seem very.. sanitary.

most of the asian waxing places don't look clean, so get over it.

there's two other places on the same row of stores that does waxing. i've already been to the other one...(see my review of berryessa beauty supply) and the other one had some blonde asian girl with bright blue eyeshadow and some man and they were working on their project, so i picked this place.

lady #1: (talking loud across the room) what do you need?
me: (as loud as her) i need to get my lip waxed. *smile*

lady#1 laughs and tells lady #2 to help me. lady #2 takes me to a room and then get comfortable. she was really nice when she waxed my lip. she was really pleasant getting rid of my lady 'stache, even though a patch of hair is left on my upper lip that makes me look like an asian, female version of hitler. i didn't say anything because i didn't wanna be picky, plus was really nice, so that's my fault.

she even asked me where i got my eyebrows done *shout out to deepa* for some reason she asked me if i worked and i said that i did and she "oooh-ed" when i gave her a four dollar tip for a 5 dollar lip waxing.
